but i just have to express this!
i am so proud of what we have done with sparlock.. youtube is being flooded with videos.
Wouldn't it be funny if the WTS decided to can the DVDs because of our exposure of Sparlock?
They can't deny they made it--the DCMA "take-down" notices they sent to Amelia Ashton are a legal claim that they own the copyrights to the Sparlock videos. The Watchtower have admitted it: Sparlock is their baby!

i was "brought into the truth" by a guy, he had to let me study with a girl of course but always had me ear marked to preach in bangladesh one day.
fyi this is a guy who was disfellwoshipped many times and once shaved his head and sent it to bethel apparently it's something to do with some form of repentance in the bible or something?

i recently finished reading animal farm, written by george orwell.
as someone who has recently awoken to the truth about the truth, this book blew my mind.
the parallels with the watchtower society are quite astounding.

The pigs teach the animals relexive demonization of outsiders, just like The Truthvs. Worldly.
I was so glad my kids were assigned to read Animal Farm for their English Lit classes! I hope they will soon realize what that story is about.

who votes on this forum for president, local elections, i have never voted in my life.. .
i have served on jurys many times, no conscientious issues there, i know it is up to everyone to come to their own ideas, our "speaker" made me think, why can't i vote, or why should i not vote?
It varies by state (I assume you're in the USA, since you said "president"). Many states now have registration at the Motor Vehice office, where you get a driver's license. Often there wil be registration drives when the deadline approaches, with a table at the supermarket or shopping mall (usually sponsored by whichever political party is in the majority in that neighborhood). Be sure to find out if you must register in the same county you live in. As Blind_Of_Lies said, be sure to check with the county clerk or election office to learn the local rules, and to find where and when to register--as well where, when and how you can vote. Then follow through, get informed about the candidates and issues, and be sure to vote!
