However, I am MORE than happy to do the same with your collective whining and finger-pointing.

Hey, Mary- that's COOL! Even LOOKS a little like me!
Here's one I did, expressing the frustration I have with the bobble-heads who read their talks from the same writer-brother who uses the same words over and over!-

Is having "Faith" believing in something without proof? Definitions?
by Witness 007 inyes have faith in god brothers!
he will answer your prayers......if it's "his will.
" you need to have "faith" that he is there watching over us...even if it seems like he isn't.

Very profound. Moshe!-
"Soldiers volunteering for suicide mission have faith they will be the one to come back alive. Wars couldn't be fought and religions wouldn't survive without faith" So, since wars are NOT from Christ- the 'faith' that fuels them isn't, either.
Titus, you may not believe this, but "CHURCHianity" is a word I picked up from reading different sites about religion- maybe even one of the endless Discussion Boards I frequent. "Churchoids" is mine; for I refuse to call those who teach and live contrary to Christ "Christian"!

That IS such an example, since Jesus had made it plain that resurrection and judgement would come at a future time.
However, there WERE those listening that were rich and dressed in purple linen.....

Most-Ignored Scriptures by JWs
by Mad Sweeney inthe watchtower has been known for over 130 years as a great scriptural cherry-picker.
they pick out disparate unrelated verses and combine them to support the wackiest of wacky doctrines.. on the other hand there are many scriptures they almost never address, whether because they contradict wt doctrine or because they simply don't have a clue what they mean or how to spin them to the wt advantage.. one of these is revelation 19:1 that mentions a "great crowd" "in heaven.
" the only time it is ever brought up it is dismissed.

Getting into Arguments with JW's...
by ForbiddenFruit ini'm trying to fade away, but i sometimes find myself in discussions or arguments with jw family/friends/white haired virgin elders.
now, i usually have them beat on things but i'm not very experienced, so i was thinking if you guys could help me put together a list of completely unanswerable questions to pose to my jw friends/family/elders so they can stop bugging me.
if i keep asking them questions they simply cannot answer, then they might leave them alone.

I agree, Moshe- on their opinion of some of the prophecies- a typical result of following the scriptures that ENCOURAGE "keeping it close in mind"...otherwise we might forget all about it- like YOU! heh

Gary- ther is nothing in the scriptures about the organs- that I can see.
And NO; they showed me where GOD spoke about blood- and I did intensive research to prove them wrong (as I did with OTHER subjects), and ended up proving it TRUE!
I have ALWAYS seen the difference between opinion and fact since the spirit enabled me to see the truth!
Palmtree- I have NOT lied. Please waste no further time- adios!

Faith, as with everything, is twisted and misunderstood by many.
I have 'faith' God exists- based on what I have learned thru science. This leads to verification of the Bible as True. (Not what CHURCHianity says it teaches!)

Cantleave, I am aware that 'evolutionary biology' doesn't specifically say there is no God- just implies it, and gives the credit for all the organization of cellular networks and body design to ' Natural Selection', heh! Izzat the Name of YOUR God?
