I suppose the Watchtower may be right - they do not solicit. Instead they coerce. Apparently their god (the god of religion) needs our money to finance their campaign to advance religion (legalism) and bury the liberating gospel (the Good News).

Paid or not, it reads like a tacit admission that they do indeed have a clergy-class (which rules over the laity-class).

so about a few years ago, thanks to this site i became convinced that everything that the jws have been saying is a bunch of nonsense and that i shouldn't worry about it.

it gave me some comfort, since there are several things i disagree with when it comes to the way one has to live in order to be a witness.

however, this business with the un attacking the vatican seems a little too much like what the witnesses have been preaching about to simply ignore:.

Personally I have found far more answers than I could ever have imagined by continuing to pursue the liberating, unabridged, explicit and naked gospel (or Good News) to its zenith, wherever it may lead.

does it even matter?

i am thinking of sending a simple fb message to all of the jws i know.. "jwfacts.com" with the tag line, "you're in a cult.".

my motivation?

i am disturbed about the fact that these people that pretended to be friends look at me with a negative eye and have no clue as to how they abandoned my girls and i in a desperate time of need over the course of this past year.

i would like some advice from those that are inpartial, and are familiar with the teachings of jw.

i studied with a wonderful jw couple weekly for 3 years.

We are delighted that you have discovered something is wrong before it is far too late.

Those who studied with you may be sincere but their highest loyalty belongs to a particular sectarian religious organisation and denomination.

Unfortunately this forces them to bait-and-switch you.

You asked for the Bible and the "truth of the Good News", and their agenda was always ultimately religion.

It is no accident that most followers of the Watchtower call themselves "publishers of the Good News" but are unfamiliar with the "Good News" according to Paul, Moses, Isaiah and Psalms.

Effectively they do not believe in or teach "the truth of the Good News". Ironically though it can be found in their publications, but just not in their hearts or on their lips.

If you send me a PM (via the envelope icon top right of this page) I'd be happy to send you a 1-page summary of the "Good News" in the Watchtower library, which you can compare with the ignorance and blindness of those studying with you.

Maybe not all is lost.

You could ask them to study the "Good News" according to Paul with you, beginning in the book of Romans.

You could work with them to find and mark each occurrence of the phrase "Good News" in Romans (and the rest of Paul's books right through to Hebrews). This link may be of use: WOL.

On my journey I am learning that the highest possible level of spiritual maturity, fulfilment, consciousness, power and intelligence is attained by pursuing the unabridged, explicit and naked gospel (or Good News) to its zenith.

looking only skin deep, and at outward appearances, the watchtower does indeed seem to be non-violent.. however it is what one is at heart that really counts.. the watchtower tricks their followers into going to jail to parade themselves as "non-violent" "religious objectors" (instead of genuine "conscientious objectors").. however as jesus said our hidden disposition will be revealed by our fruits.. behind the well-crafted facade i personally find the watchtower to be deeply and maliciously violent, vindictive and venomous at heart.. anyone who dares question or expose them is speedily killed, albeit declared spiritually dead to friends and family.. these same friends and family are:.

taken spiritually captive and held hostage (can't leave with honour and credibility intact)spiritually starved (and fed badly tainted "food")spiritually, psychologically, and mentally tortured (cognitive dissonance whilst kept voiceless)spiritually raped (seduced into prostitution with the god of religion, and into snubbing the god of abraham and his message the liberating, unabridged, explicit and naked gospel or "good news")regardless of how valid their case may be, detractors are routinely undermined, discredited, labelled, misrepresented and slandered.. how do you see the watchtower's supremacist parading of their supposed non-violence?.

Watchtower Health Warning

' got me thinking about the whole freedom of religion and people's right to choose argument adn i made the analogy of consumer preotection, which got me to thinking that watchtower publications should come with a health warning similar to that for cigarettes.

'be warned about the veracity of the claims of this organisation: it has been predicting that armageddon is imminent for more than 100 years!'.

What is the world´s biggest religious fraud?

among several hundreds of candidates i have only picked 3, my question is, who of these is the world s biggest religious fraud?.

founded by russel, claiming to have about 8 mill.

followers, who are dedicated to give their time and money voluntary to 8 old men sitting in a golden palace, whit a number of treasure directors, investing in bonds and real estates.

Religion is designed to lead people away from faith, spirituality, and the liberating unabridged gospel.
