Well, I think they realize many are having doubts and questioning recent changes. It seems every other talk or study article is about staying close to the organization and following the lead of the faithful slave. And if we don't accept these changes we are being rebellious and selfish and relying on our own understanding. At least that is what a public talk brought out recently.

Could We Trigger A Tipping Point?
by metatron inthe watchtower has an achilles heel that few seem to have noticed: every change must be interpreted as a victory.
for them, this goes well beyond the sort of hype and 'spin' that would be expected from a government or ordinary corporation.
the reason why is obviously because they feel that their whole mythical reputation as god's chosen organization is on the line, with everything they do.. even rank false prophesy by them gets redirected as ' they were really unfaithful and just serving towards a date' (what, the date you provided??).

That's great Loz! How wonderful for you.
The Witnesses can judge and mark the single sisters who marry out of the religion. But, they can't understand what it's like until they walked a mile in my shoes, as the saying goes.

Male female ratio's at assemblies
by Jeremy430 ini've heard it said that the male female ratio between jehovah's witness's is 7 female to 1 male.
when you go to the assemblies or the hall, nothing could be further from the truth.
were do people come up with those numbers anyway?

Well, it also depends on age. There still may be a lot of single men in their early 20's, but, by the thirties they either left or are already married.

That is so sad for that sister. But, I'm just one of the many single sisters in Watchtower land. I just love when the ones who got married at 18 or 20 give me advice on the matter too.
Well, we have to find our own happiness now,not the Watchtower fake kind, full of false hopes and promises.
My first post was much like yours. It's a long process, but I understand where you're coming from. Hang in there.

by Cindi_67 inann rice author of interview with a vampire quits church and says she is no longer a christian.

Cindi_67-ditto
Just a interesting side note: Ann Rice wrote her first novel "Interview With A Vampire" after her daughter died of leukemia at the age of 5.
It was her way of dealing with her grief.

August 26th. Information is assigned out of it. I'm going to look at other information from Insight, Bible Teach, etc.
Well, I have my setting and Intro, I'd be happy if someone would write it out for me. lol. I'd be ever so grateful.
No, but I want to get it finished by this weekend. I'm hoping this will be my last talk. -

I'm just going to present what they have in the reasoning book. I was going to cancel, but I cancelled my last talk. But, then, the meeting was cancelled anyway, due to snow. How was I to know? So, it's in the second school.
I'm just going to say, "according to the reasoning book". We only have five minutes anyway.

Welcome Clarity,
Yes, it is definitely a gut-wrenching experience when you realize the truth about the "truth". The process takes time, but you will find much support here.
