Ok, here's something a little different. I love this video not so much for the music as for the animation work of the absolutely brilliant Fursy Teyssier. Look him up.
The music is pretty good, too.

No heavy music thread would be complete without something from the late, great ISIS.

Have You Ever Spoken To An Elder About Your True Feelings About "The Truth"?
by minimus ini've has conversations with certain elder friends but i never gave them a total pummeling, at least i haven't yet.. what about you?.

I once confided some of my thoughts over a bottle of scotch to a close friend who is an elder. His words were something like, "This is just you and me talking as friends, please don't think of me as an elder right now."
The result of that conversation was a meeting with two elders. I quickly learned my lesson and was able to avoid a meeting with three elders.
I haven't seen that close friend since.

I am proud to announce - I changed my Avatar - any runners in the "Group"
by dreamgolfer ini have to say, this is a big momentous occasion as i am not so good with the pc instructions, but it worked and i am much more happy with the new an improved, vs. the old green monster.. i just got on the treadmill and have done 45 minutes at a 6.0 pace this morning - so so very happy - back to running again.. 2 years ago i did my first 1/2 (13.1) marathon and was pleased.
getting back in shape to continue to do it again in november.. anyone wanna join me ?.
i am up and down the se and mid atlantic area .. cheers.

dreamgolfer - congrats on the 13.1 and on getting back into running. I like to run, and do so regularly - 5k races are pretty much my limit at this point...time and energy are at a premium for me right now.
I ran one 5k this year so far, with a couple more coming up, including one with obstacles and mud. Should be fun.
A 13.1 race is a goal, but not for another year or so.

Introducing Mrs Cedars...
by cedars ini just thought you should know that mrs cedars has finally taken the plunge and joined the forum.
she was able to log on for the first time yesterday.. though we both "awakened" at different stages, mrs cedars was very supportive and non-judgmental when i first began exploring my beliefs from a critical standpoint.
she is currently in the process of reading crisis of conscience and aquainting herself with some of the facts of witness history that were hitherto unknown.
