i have read on this site that if you write to ray, he will reply.

i was skeptical about this, so i wrote him about how much i appreciated reading the book crisis of conscience and thanked him for his time and effort in writing and documenting his experiences in bethel.

after a few weeks with no reply, i thought that i would never get one.

LIFE AFTER JW: Have you gotten psychotherapy yet? Why do we need it?

we all regardless of our spiritual beliefs have in common a past damaged by brain washing and mind control.

there is no doubt that our mental health has been affected to different degrees.

but we usually go and continue our life trying to patch the injuries on our own.. one of the reasons we find it so difficult to deal with the world is precisely that.

CHOOSING: Can we survive without it- YES. Do we need it - YES. Do we all think we need it - No. But just because we think we dont need it doesnt make it unnecessary right?

One of the reasons we find it so difficult to deal with the world is precisely that. Our distortion of the reality and our inability to deal with a world unknown to us.

So how many of you have search for mental help? How many of you are under psychotherapy? How do you feel after it? Who doesnt think to need it? and why? Where is a good place to get help at an affordable cost?
