I've heard of this before, I believe it, but haven't heard it first hand. Seeing as how the org often mentions it in the KM before the convention, it wouldn't suprise me.

Having a Religious Experience
by breakfast of champions inawhile back i asked my wife what was the most "religious" experience of her life.
for her, it was one time we sent to see the ny philharmonic.
the program was particularly moving, and we both agreed that the feeling was borderline "orgasmic.

I think that this is much like the reason many of us talk to our self when nervous, it calms us down and makes us feel better.

This is a nice list, thanks for posting. I feel like I am one of the lucky 20%. I still have to stay undercover for my wife's sake, but at lest I know that my son is safe. In the mean time I feel mentally free, and I hope that doesn't change.
If you haven't read jwfacts.org yet, please go there first. It is the best resource available.

Is homosexuality ever justifiable? I say YES!!!
by TimothyT inin the january 2012 awake, pages 28-29 there is another article about homosexuality.. .
the writers argue that genetics, the environment, and sexual abuse do not justify homosexuality.
the bible clearly states that homosexuality is wrong and is an abhorrent sin.

Timothy, You have my full support, although on a topic I can never fully understand.
I am glad you are able to post here, and I say keep it up.
Should we be condemned for that?
Absolutly not, but I don't put faith in the christian bible.
I am worried that you may still have some fear based on it. I hope that is not the case, and I wish you all the best.

Luke 21:8 - Who Should We Really Avoid?
by Darth Rutherford inluke 21:8 - who should we really avoid?.
in his sign of the last days, jesus warned his followers: look out that you are not misled; for many will come on the basis of my name, saying, i am he, and, the due time has approached.
(luke 21:8) jesus provides clues that help us identify who to avoid.
