always felt guilty.Never did enough.Even with babies to take care of.No matter what this is Jehovah's will.But isn't it nice to learn that the burden they put on every one isn't even a Bible teaching.Went out many times even if I was sick.Every one does.or your not a wittiness.

As a JW Did you Feel " Guilted " to go to Meetings /Service if Injured /Sick ?
by flipper inmany people in the jehovah's witnesses , older ones, younger ones have been expected to pioneer, go in field service with physical disabilities and are even considered "martyrs" if they push themselves to their physical capacities beyond reasonableness .
thus many witnesses feel sick, exhausted, tired, and essentially fight depression due to high expectations to " burn out " for the wt society.
have any of you experienced this while in the witnesses ?.

by pat1060 ini have been reading the book in search of christian freedom by r franz.i just finished the chapter on the house to house ministry....unbelieveble.
he shows a totally different way of explaining the scriptures.i never realized how much the gb slants every thing to it's teachings.they need the nwt to do this.if you haven't read this book,you really should.what i'm wondering if you have read it,what stands out for you.....

Since you asked,a good question by the way....I'm still new at this fading.I still think like a jw.I still want to believe in the earthly hope.Resurrection of the righteous and the unrighteous.I'm still confused and serching......

Yes,I have heard some of the talk.There is such a lack of meeting attendance and a falling away that I think they may be doing it just to get every one doing as they are told...they have to do something to get every one excited....I didn't go to the one day assembly,but I heard some talking......

by recovering inmy mom just called (she is an active jehovah's witness) she basically has very little to do with me.
however she want's to come and visit me and my wife on christmas day .
she lives in another state and wants spend the night.

Maybe from my mom.I love my children like that.I have never felt unconditional love.JWs are too judge mental.Even people you are close to is subject to conditions.I agree,W once said it good....

How are you faders doing?
by pat1060 injust wondering how all you slow faders are doing.i know this subject is discussed many times,but personally i wish it was more.we should post every once in a while just to say how we are doing,we need to encourage each other.as for me,it is still going very slow.right now i'm looking into the history that is being covered up.i have learned so much just by reading the older threads.it is very painful for me because this was the truth.and to be finding out so much crap that 99% of jw don't even know,it just is unbelievable.i have cut my field service down,and miss more meetings then i ever did.i'm hoping the sister that is in my face all the time,trying to help me,will forget about me soon......so how are you doing?.

On The Way Out.....I wish I could speed up my fade.I have a lady right next door that I started a study with.When I finished the Teach book with her I turned her over to a pioneer sister...the one that calls me allot.The lady still depends on me to take her to meetings and just talk to.I have made a few comments to her but being vary careful..........This seems to be a hang up right now.I want to say more to her with out getting in trouble...
