Hi guys, here is the link to the rad apostate elder talk. He was accidentally left on the approved speakers list once he had left the org. Having got a request years later to give a talk at a KH he decided to go for it. Here is the result. Enjoy!

How Knowledge is Dissipated in Talks
by Cold Steel inlondo111 » each congregation has a “talk coordinator”.
talk coordinators will coordinate with other talk coordinators in order to find speakers to give the public talk on sunday.
typically, they come from the general area: the circuit or a nearby circuit.

Talk to my Dad about beards.
by LovingLifeNow inso i spoke to my elder dad the other day, and he asked if i still am sporting a beard.
i said yes, then i said, "i thought the society said its ok to have a neat trimmed beard now?
" he said "no, no, no..if you read the article , it says in countries where it is accepted" so my response was "ummm, its pretty accepted here in america"..which he says "it reflects your spirituality" "if another wittness saw you, they would know you are weak"...i was like, "ok, i don't get it, and i follow christ/god, not men..." then he said in his hall" if a brother came in with a beard , he would not have privelages" then i just gave up, and tried to change the subject..ugggggggggg if these people would just listen to themselves , they would see the sillyness of there teachings...

Id be inclined to be more suspect of a shaved headed man in tee shirt and jeans, than one with a neat beard.
I know, right Spoletta?!! The beard thing has never really been connected with "rebellion," but with "intellectualism". Beard wearers are often real thinkers, someone to be drawn to imho.
Shaved heads, on the other hand, (although not usually the case now) *do* have a recent association with violence, and right-wing nationalism or fascism.
Yet again Watchtower can't man-up and admit the whole thing was connected to the jealousy of Rutherfruad.

Hothabenero The result is a college degree pretty much don't mean anything anymore except you had rich parents.
It's always meant that; or rarther ' comfortable' parents, I'd say.
Education should be for all. It's the only way we will progress as a species, from the monsters we have been in the past. Kids will be kids and will push the boundaries, that's healthy. What is shocking is the president/administration of the college not backing his collegue. Spineless fools with no principals should be sacked immediately. Bullying should No longer be acceptable in the workplace. The female mischief maker tutor should also go, a bully who hides behind her sex and colour.

Crossing the Elders
by Cold Steel infew things draw my interest as much as people on this board who talk about the elders, the insidious little toadies who lurk around kingdom halls, the proverbial big fish in little ponds.
it amazes me the terror and the veneration they inspire, as well as the occasional ridicule.
it makes me wonder how they're selected and whether most of them come into the position with a sense of power, entitlement, authority and control, or whether many of them are pretty nice people and that i'm just hearing about the bad apples?

Londo111 So it would not be possible for a stranger to show up on Sunday and give a talk.
Londo have you seen the video on youtube of the apostate ex elder or servant who was *somehow* left on the list of approved speakers. He got a call to give a talk at some KH, and recorded a great speech he gave. He was hassled off the stage, eventually of course. I'm going to try and find it to post below.

Sanderson's hate speech
by Listener ingb member sanderson has given a hate speech in response to the recent russian ban.
it was given as a morning worship rant.
sanderson sports his usual smirk.. he opens up quoting matthew 10:22, 23 about persecution.

Ha ha but for Sandy, unlike the others,, the good thing is, his obesity notwithstanding, he's gonna live another 30 or 40 years and see quite plainly the END is NOT near!!!!

What's worse, 2 week old getting nearly 100 rat bites and living, or Jesus' torture and death?
by FatFreek 2005 insome 35 miles from here, in the small town of magnolia, ar, a teen couple is in trouble -- as they should be -- for allowing their 2 week old girl, a 5 pound baby, to suffer nearly 100 bites from rats.
one of the bites was so large and deep it required plastic surgery.
i don't want to even think about the horror this teeny creature felt during those instances -- and the horrible nightmares she may suffer in years to come.. i wonder if this is one of those human experiences that may be worse than what christ suffered on that stake.

Ransome sacrice? It's human sacrifice to placate the angry God's, by any other name.
Whilst I think many have suffered at least as much - burning on the stake comes to mind, something that " gods" people apparently did With wayward daughters - I think the real issue is that Jesus was only dead for a couple of days. What is that time period to an immortal God? He can hardly say he " sacrificed" his son (in the way that Abraham would have done for instance) since he can metaphorically ' click' his fingers and his son is alive. In what way is that a ' sacrifice'? If you believe the story Judas was more of a sacrifice, since it was preordained Jesus must be given over to the authorities. Someone had to do it, or you don't have a ransome, and that patsy was poor old Judas the eternally damned.

silly observations from that '1975' video...
by undercover inokay, so everyone is bent out of shape about how the wts is re-writing their history on their past failed predictions (1975).
other threads deal in all the evidence to tear apart their shameless propaganda, so i won't dwell on that here.. but, what i will do is list a couple of observations, silly as they are, that aren't about the propaganda so much as it is about the set design, and costume design.
feel free to add to the list.. early scene where the wife is dying.

I noticed too that the man playing the widowed grandfather wouldn't have been old enough to have been a young married father in the time period they were depicting.
Yes, he would have been a young widower in *at least* the late seventies, early eighties. 60s? He would have been a kid himself. Way after '75 anyways.
I noticed the " you've endured so much grandfather". Not because his wife died but because of '75.
They fail to say the whole debacle was started by one man, a future president of wtbts, fairly high on the autistic spectrum I would imagine, who imagined he could decern that the end of the world was gonna happen in the *October* of 1975, no less!

2017 Convention Video To Be Shown Regarding The 1975 Failure
by pale.emperor inhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=go3arnnsfkk&feature=youtu.be.
no mention whatsoever that it was watchtower themselves that strongly hinted towards this date.
instead they blame those who "put their trust in a date, not jehovah".. let's recap... .

It was their freakin' next president who came up with that date!! Sanctioned by the present one when it happened.
Are they insane!!

Jesus as God. What do JW believe?
by Th3ArCh0n ini've been looking into jehovah's witnesses beliefs and came up with a serious question, as i've found is that witnesses don't believe that jesus is god, same with the father.
but even in the new world translation, isaiah 9:6 (one of the ancient prophecies of jesus christ) it says "for a child has been born to us,+.
a son has been given to us;and the rulership* will rest on his shoulder.+his name will be called wonderful counselor,+ mighty god,+ eternal father, prince of peace.
