Sign of the Last Days

in the sermon on the mount, jesus foretold that earthquakes “in one place after another” would be part of the sign of the last days clímaxing in the great tribulation.. what could jesus possibly have meant?

using a phone app nowadays, there are earthquakes detected in one place after another but is this what jesus meant and did they have so many earthquakes throughout the centuries affter his prophecy or are these modern day detected earthquakes unique to this epoch?

how can we be sure unequivocally that modern day earthquakes are part of the sign fulfilling bible prophecy?.

I don't know about earthquakes but my goodness there are certainly fires in one place after another.

So basically he's taken the whole month of August off, European style. Can't risk burnout from our regular 10 hours per month schedule now, can we? Good grief convention "season" is only three days of (exactly the same) shit a year to comment on and he doesn't even edit for heaven's sakes! Can't he work around those three days to organise a couple of hour long zoom calls for his patrons??

Interesting that he's decided to interview believers now that he's got no one else - instead of being obnoxious to them!!

NF It is indeed educational. I always thought nonce was like "nong" in Australia, someone who's not very bright. I didn't realise that it had a very specific and very negative definition.

We say Nong in the UK too.

As a teen I learnt the term "Drongo" which was a very popular term in London at the time, the Ozzie's brought over with them. They used it to mean a sort of lazy idiot...it was a rather snobby term, really, though. The real meaning (I'm told) is from Sheep shearing stations and is a piece of poo in the wool?? That got imbedded on the woman shearers boobs?!!😝😂 Is that so?
