Because quite a large number of the ex JWs (or more accurately raised JWs but not JW as adults) you're.most likely to come across online are usually pretty young. Many are still very influenced by the education system /celebrity culture/liberal media etc. and haven't matured enough to think for themselves or develop their own personal worldview yet.

it’s almost like a lot of ex jw w become as toxic and his judgmental as jehovah’s witnesses themselves what’s up with that?
i also know conservative ex jw’s that can do the same so again i’m not leaning one way or the other i’m just noticing factual observations.

Oh my god these people have zero self awareness. Read the room, Watchtower. What do you think the population at large thinks of you when they hear this kind of thing?
There was a poster on here called Orphan crow who published at lot of interesting stuff about Watchtower cynically targeting indigenous communities in their own dialects/language, because they receive big fat government grants for doing so. They get a win-win - converts & cheques with a big pat on the back from the press, oftentimes.
But of course we know JW-dom destroys family relations & is particularly bad for close knit, traditional communities & their cultures.

etc.i was a widdle kid sitting in front of a tiny black and white tv set when the very first broadcastsof political conventions, deal-making, debates (nixon vs kennedy), assassinations (jfk, rfk, martin luther king, etc.
) i grew up with duck and cover under my elementary schooldesk, the cold war, the iron curtain, the korean war, the vietnam war and i went to federal prisonas a jw conscientious objector while hippies, flower children, political activists protested and universitystudents were fired up on by troops.i grew up reading newspapers (2 of them).

TOH. I don't think Biden voters were switching to Trump as much as Biden voters preferred to stay home instead of vote for Harris.
You might have a point there, since Trump.supporters are trump VOTERS whereas Democrats aren't necessarily going to vote for Harris given her appalling performance.(With the exception of the presidential debate which makes me sure she was given the questions prior to the debate).
Liam Also want to thank the girls of the View for their stupidity on live TV, that convinced a lot of young Gen Z girls to switch from Harris to Trump.
🤣🤣Whoever asked Harris on The View what she would do differently to Biden with her promptly saying "I can't think of one thing" you should definitely be thanking, since that probably lost her the election!

They'd been out of the religion for over a decade and they were even living with her JW parents, proving Watchtower doesn't have to sour family relationships if people are willing to place love above power and status. -

Perhaps an interview with Barbara Anderson, who does interviews every other Saturday on Rick Fearon's "Six Screen" You Tube channel? You can do so anonymously, I think, with just a voice over. I'm absolutely sure she would do both Atlantis and your own story justice! Very many of us would be enormously interested to hear all about Atlantis, the humble and generous-hearted JW "apostate grandfather" to us all.....but most especially to you, of course!

Well, not quite. Presumably she would have been a believing JW at some point and often that is the issue. There's often no way to get this information removed once a JW does wake up, no?
