last weekend on saturday, my wife found out that field service was not being cancelled due to snow.
all week prior to saturday, my wife kept saying that she was going to swim classes with my daughter and i and actually swim with my daughter that morning.

The best way to prove the Watchtower wrong is by being a great supportive loving husband now, the past is the past. They are constantly being told how horrible non- JWs people to prove they are the so called truth. Stay firm to your decision about the WT because the last thing you want is your daughter having to choose between the WT aka Jehovah and the Daddy she love so much. Thats exactly what I going through right now with my children and its a very sad situation. Wish you well

recently i asked my wife: if our son one day comes home and says "well, i just joined new religion, we study a publication there, that iam not allowed to show anybody..." how would you feel?
does it sound like a cult?.
wife admitted: that would be scarry..... me: so why do jw have secret wt edition to study, that noone else is supposed to get?.

so as not to hijack other threads, i still can't understand why people keep referring to the new, "members only" watchtower as "secret?".

i was reading an article from a magazine quoting consumer reports saying that most infomercials say that their products are so much better than another but the reality is often it's not true.. i'm curious; did you ever buy something because of an infomercial?

i first began my misadventures with jehovah's witnesses in 1972 as a youth(18 years old) and was baptised in that same year.
i was young inexperienced and they caught me at a low point when i was weak and looking for god to solve problems.
being raised as a catholic and going to all the religious indoctrination up to the point of confirmation, i guess you could say i was indoctrinated from birth to believe a certain way which left me vulnerable to the jw propaganda.. fast foreword to the time of my departure in 2001 february.. for a couple of years (late 90s) before i left i started noticing out right lies in the wt publications about their history and the luster that these magazines used to have started to fade rapidly also around that time i really began to notice the gobs and gobs of praise they were bestowing on the organization and the representative members of the so called faithful & discrete slave(gb).
GB=FDS=Jehovah.......it's that simple. I am an apostate of a false prophet, that actually make me the good guy.
i finally went out on a 'ministry' work.
with a bit of help, i took all of my anti witness leaflets and put them through the doors of as many witnesses as i could in a 2hour time period.
it was the easiest and most exhilirating thing i've ever done.

Thats what I call " COJONES " and I like it (no homo.....he he he), it would have been great to have video of the horror on their faces. Be careful last thing you want to do is be arrested for trespassing.
I think this would be more affective in reaching the r&f if it wasn't from another religion bagging on the WT. IMO
