This CO is either signally the fact that he's waking up, or (more likely) he doesn't know what "unapologetic" means. I've never seen the word used in a positive context, usually its something like "Anthony Weiner remains unapologetic for sending dirty pictures via the internet." Saying the GB is unapologetic means they have something to apologize for but won't.

Thank you Jehovah for the GBs unapologetic manner in providing these adjustments.
by Joepublisher1 ini was shocked when i heard a circuit overseer include a strange comment in his concluding prayer at the end of this sundays meeting concerning the adjustments discussed in the watchtower.
he said, in part (and im paraphrasing) thank you jehovah for the governing bodys unapologetic manner in providing these adjustments.
i thought to myself, what a strange expression to make in prayer to god!

I'm changing direction with my blog
by JeffT ini've discovered that i can't bring myself to listen to more of the convention program for the simple reason that its about as interesting as drying paint.
the same holds true with reading watchtower publications, there isn't any content to analyze.. at the same time i'm trying to work out some back story problems with my fiction regarding religion.
twice i tried to write up that back story for nanowrimo, without success.

At the same time I'm trying to work out some back story problems with my fiction regarding religion. Twice I tried to write up that back story for NaNoWriMo, without success. Among other things I need some feedback about what I'm writing. I'm also trying to impose some discipline on my writing, as it seems to be my career these days.
Accordingly, every Sunday I will post a chapter of "Armageddon's Prisoners" on my blog (so I can quit bugging you folks with these announcements). Comments are welcome, I need to hear from my readers. Chapter one is going up now.

I just took a look at a couple of sets of numbers I have available. The 2013 yearbook shows 269,777 baptized and 7,782,346 publishers, meaning baptisms equaled 3% of publishers.
The 1975 yearbook is one of the few publications I kept, which shows 2,021,432 publishers and 297,872 baptisms. Baptisms equaled 14% of publishers.
The really fun number is hours. In 1974 it took 1245 publisher hours to make a convert, last year it took 6506! So they are still sucking in a few people, although I think they are baptizing a lot more of their own kids at younger ages than they did back in the day. However, they are vastly less efficient at doing so.

Considering the source (Second City TV) I would imagine that most of the people behind this are liberals of some sort, many of whom are upset with the Prsident's position on action in Syria.
