  october 6th 1974 debbie and i tied the knot.

  the elder that performed the ceremony managed to personalize it a bit for us.

  i thought of posting this in the 1914 thread, but the apologists are already hijacking that.

  when i was writing "armageddon's disciples" i wanted to set it within an apocalyptic religion struggling with failed prophecy.

  as the books evolved i kept updating the dates for that failed prophecy.. one early version went this way: .

  Vice Network showing a documentary on CSA

  i was channel surfing to find something to watch while working on a book.

  i came in on the middle of an hour and half documentary on the vice network about jw's and child sex abuse.

  it looks very well done with several experts and a number of xjw's, including barbara anderson.

  i hoped “armageddon’s disciples” would be successful as my previous works (an alternate history trilogy) had done well.

  not so with “disciples.” i’ve sold a total of nine copies.

  Need help marketing my novel

  i’m asking people for feedback on a marketing problem for my most recent book.

  when covid hit i edited an unsold alternate history trilogy and self-published it on amazon.

  i plugged the books on facebook and a couple of online writer’s groups familiar with my work.
