With respect to the 7 times, Russell had been influenced by John A. Brown into using a year of 360 days, when prescience would most surely indicate that AT THE TIME OF DISCOVERY (2014) one would use the number of days of that respective calendar, i.e.. 365 1/4 days, an additional 5.25 days per year.
So, 7 x 5.25 = 36.75, which, using the biblical principle of rounding down, is 36 years. (A day for a year).
Russell used the modern calendar with a 365 day year, so this part doesn't work. However, if you fancy it up with enough bullshit flowery intellectual verbage, no one well notice. There's always some sheep around to fleece.
