What Joe said. As a writer I have some knowledge of copyright law. Music copyright is a bit more complicated, but not beyond understanding. Copyright exists to protect the creators of intellectual property, BMG knows this (or they are stunningly incompetent.
I know this is an unpopular opinion on this board, but the WTBS is well within its rights on this, and risks losing those rights if it doesn't defend them.

before a month had passed of his death, my dad & mom's will was changed.

Is this will witnessed and notarized? If not, or if you can prove your mother wasn't competent, it may be invalid. I repeat the advice given above: see an attorney. Like BluesBrother I spent hours in the public library (which had a wealth of information) looking over my shoulder terrified some elder would catch me there. In retrospect, if one had seen me, the obvious question would have been "What are you doing in this part of the library?" After we left, we were part of an XJW support group, perhaps a dozen members from around the Seattle area.

i work at two separate hospitals and most of the rns i work with have stated they won't take the vaccine.
i've read a report that 1/3 of rns will refuse the vaccine.
for those in other countries do you see this being an issue or is it more an american phenomenon?.

COVID-19 just jumped working on this to a higher priority, and it was all out in public as opposed to hidden away in a lab somewhere. Turning it into a political football didn't help.

i think they could easily guess that i'm inactive but they pretend not to know and they've never shunned me.
The last time I was in a KH was in 1988. If they contact me now and threaten to DF me I'm going to make about a hundred copies of the letter and send it to everybody I know, and all the local news outlets, post it here and Facebook, and anywhere else I can think of. Hey look, I left this cult over thirty years ago and they're still hounding me. Wouldn't that be a fine witness for Jehovah?

I live a few miles from Amazon's headquarters. $190,000 won't buy you a shack around here. I'm pretty sure it won't even buy an undeveloped lot (undeveloped = no water, no sewer, no electricity). The same thing is happening around San Francisco. A while back the Seattle city council raised the minimum wage to $15 an hour. Many people (myself included) thought it would hurt small businesses, especially restaurants. I recently saw an interview with a restaurant owner, he said it hasn't effected him at all - he has to pay about $18 an hour just to get somebody to show up.
