by JeffT indo any of you have any wts quotes regarding the mediatorship of jesus that is newer than 1987?
that is the last bound volume i have.
i'm writing an essay on what they said about him being mediator for just the 144,000 and i'd like newer information if there is any.. thanks

Long term effects of drug etc use.
by JeffT infurther proof that the long term implications of.
drugs/procedures must be fully considered..... over the past few years more money has been spent on breast implants, penis implants and viagra than on alzheimer's.
in a few years we will have a lot of people running around with huge breasts and long penises and they won't remember what to do with them.

I'm going out on a limb here.
by JeffT inok i'm going to put this out there so all of you can support me by making me keep working.. i'm writing a novel based very loosely on my association with the witnesses.
right now i've got about 175 pages of a planned 300 done.
i keep letting other things get the way of my writing, and i've been semi-stuck for awhile.

I have to brag about my kid.
by JeffT inso we got fed up with all of our educational opportunities for him.
the public school couldn't do its job, and we fought all last year with the administration of the private school because their dress code was stupid.
(i came very close to telling the vice principal that one solution to the problem would be for her to take the stick out of her ass).. so this fall we sent him to ged classes.

An observation, and comments wanted.
by JeffT ini'm going to stick my neck out here and announce that i'm writing a novel based on my experience in the borg.. tonight, as part of my reseach, i looked up "chronology" in two sources:the zondervan pictoral encyclopedia of the bible, and the aid to bible understanding.
zondervan is a five volume work (vol 1 is 1056 pages) the aid book is 1694 pages.
on this subject zondervan spends 29 1/2 pages of (interesting) discussion that boils down to "nobody actually knows-here are x number of best guesses.

Can't decide if this is pathetic or funny.
