i just watched this documentary tonight and enjoyed it.
it's amazing to me the number of gun-related murders in the us... over 11,000 in one year.
i don't remember the exact figure, but canada, japan, and germany combined had less than 500 gun-related murders.

Dead on, that is a huge problem with the schools in America. Some teachers do more than turn a blind eye. Some teachers actually identify with the jocks because they were former athleates themselves. The have some animosity towards the 'weird' kids and actually take some part in the harrasment of students.

It will be interesting to see how this develops. My viewpoint is that California is quite simply the most segregated state in the union. Some universities have separate graduation ceremonies for African-American, and Latino students. My university has numerous clubs for only AA, Latino, or Pilipino groups. My take is because of the double standard of society this girl will not get her group, interesting at least to me.
Some points to remember: She is not starting a racist group. Although Mecha is allowed on high school campuses and does have racial overtones.

It is amazing how you can take my one sentence and know exactly all my reasons for choosing Washington. You must be physic, maybe you should go to Vegas with that act. Or, you could just be a weasel. Washington choose to be president when he could have been dictator, not to many men step away from power. He was instrumental in the founding of this country and as such I think had great influence on the current world.

think that horror movies is making a huge comeback??
there hasn't been much of horror movies in the 1990s since the popular horror movie franchise was around in the 30s on up until the 1980s, then it has pretty much dropped out of sight throughout the 1990s.
since jason vs. freddy, seems that young and old alike wants more, so here's another one out due soon... .
Just got out of the Cabin about an hour ago: I liked it but I love all horror films, and if they suck thats ok with me. It is not really scary, its tries to be sort-of-like the evil dead movie. Kind of a homage/dark comedy/satire. Parts of it did make me laugh. And the obligatory boobie shot was grade A stuff. You watch the movie and see little scenes and characters that you might recognize from other movies but if you a fan of the horror movie, its worth 8 buck.

It has hurts the society in huge ways. Every witness currently has an entire apostate library at their finger tips. Where as before the society could decieve people with near imunity now every lie is cataloged and saved for future reference and the first sign of doubt.
On a personal level I did not get completly free until I saw Shuans site and some info on the blood issue.

I dont have the stats but America has a huge problem with gun violence. Way larger than any other country, and I dont think its just because our aim is better. Personally, I think it is related to the violent drug trade, and the large use of meth (violence inducing) drugs here in the US. There probably is not any one reason accounting for the whole problem and I really dont know the answer.
I just think MM has no answers either.
