  watch this video and notice how the jw does not want someone to show him anything in the bible that is contrary to what he already believes...whether the trinity doctrine is correct or not is no my issue with this video.

  the person recording asks directly, "would you be willing to let me show you where jesus is called jehovah or almighty god in the bible?

  " the jw says, "no, that would just cause me to doubt my beliefs.

  The best way to deal with a JW who doesn't want to listen to scriptures is to ask him/her to explain them to you because you're confused about how they fit into WT teaching.

  When I do this, it always ends with "Jehovah can read hearts and is just and fair."

  i think if an (intelligent) questioning jw was able to read the letter about coil binding the book the impact could/should be greater.

  this letter should be an embarrassment to the gb.

  what blatant and stupid instructions sent to a large group of men who are supposed to be available to instruct in an intelligent way persons coming with an assortment of life's problems.

  My question to my JW about paradise earth is, will there still be museums, and art galleries? Will archaeological discoveries still be available and new ones yet to be found discovered? What about classic literature, theater and music? What about the amazing architecture around the world?

  I have to wait and see, so I'm told.

  So, a pioneer, who has an adult male child living outside of the pioneer's house, and is in regular association with said son, who is basically disassociated, celebrates the holidays, lived in sin, after baptised, could be removed as a pioneer?

  i'm new to the forum, though i had been a lurker for quite some time now.

  i studied w/ the witnesses for a number of years, to be specific, for 10 years (since i was a child) but never actually became one; though, i was counted as one in the yearbooks as a "publisher.
