  i ask because i am.

  i'd like to weight 110lbs.

  right now i am at 116.2 from 119-120. so if there is anyone out there that would like a partner to challenge each other, i am in.

  You don't have to diet diet. If you want to loose some pounds just avoid sugars and starchy food, bread,crackers etc. Have your coffee with no sugar. Stuff like that will help you get rid of some weight.
  
  Could also speed up the loss if you just do a jog in the morning or afternoon 3 or 4 days a week.

  the title of the film refers to the tendency by jehovahs witnesses to regard their beliefs exclusively as the truth.. the documentary is not an indictment of religion but rather a retrospective.

  in a series of informal interviews, former jehovahs witnesses discuss life experiences within the organization including the impact the religion had on their childhood and family, schooling, adolescence, and approaches to dating and marriage.

  Not to hijack the thread, but I remember on more documentary of an ex-jehovah witness. It had a woman looking a at a photo of a kingdom hall and I lost the link and can't find it the thread on JWN, any help?
