  Hello??

  i have just joined this website and just wanted to say hello to anyone out there.

  i am so nervous,after thirty odd years in the "truth" i feel as though my husband and i have just walked into a room full of smiling strangers and we are just standing here hoping to god someone will come up and speak to us.

  scared and excited and hoping to wake up one morning and not wonder what we do now???

  The moment the light went on in this newbies head!

  i always knew as a kid tt wasnt for me.

  i did not know ttatt but how could something thats supposed to be warm, loving and beneficial feel so wrong?

  the light went on when i happened to be watching some chat show that had a family of white supremecists on.

  so where do you start?.

  i've been reading peoples experiences for several months now trying to figure out what i want to say but how do you put your whole life into a few words?.

  i was a born in but have been happy and free for 5 years and luckily for me my husband felt the same way and we have freed our children from being brainwashed.

  Welcome and thanks for sharing your story with us, sorry you went through so much, but glad it had such a positive outcome and that your daughter is alive and well and now you are free from control. I have heard so many similar stories and one particular family we know personally was very similar to yours with their son and had the same outcome, the son is alive and well but went through horrendous time with the elders interference and nastiness. The poor father had shingles with all the stress of it all. It led to him and his wife both waking up big time and are now free.

  PS I love the bit about the briefcase placed on the platform, I would also like to have been able to see the look on their faces, priceless.

  hello to everyone :) i wanted to introduce myself as a newbie.

  i was raised in and i am currently on active status due to most of my family being very much in, but i am so ready to be done and have felt that way for quite some time.

  internally i know this is not the right religion without a doubt.

  A keyboard confessional...

  you guys don't know me, i'm new here.

  i'm typing on an iphone (pardon any random weird iphone auto-spell corrections) and could walk home to get to my laptop but i might lose the courage to post what comes to my heart to share right now.

  worse and more likely, i'll simply not be able to express what i felt right now... if i wait until i have a proper keyboard.

  Hi! I'm New Here

  hi there, as was suggested to me, i'm starting this thread to say hi to everyone.. my awakening began recently, after the new light on the 'slave'.

  i felt it didn't add up and went to check and found out ttatt.

  for a while i tried to find evidence of whether the wt might still be god's organization, i needn't say i couldn't.. i had already resigned as a ministerial servant and a pioneer, had already had several issues with the elders and did not put up with their nonsense for a long.

  MY babies were spayed today

  by wha happened? in

  i don't have children, and my wife and i decided not to have any, so we have kittens.

  we rescued some kittens and they were in pretty bad shape when they came home.

  thought one might not make it.
