  Curious, mainly. But I am of scottish descent, way back, born & raised in the US. How do people in the UK feel about Americans wearing kilts? I wore one to my senior prom years back in a hick town.

  Listen, I dont' agree w/ much of what the Government of Israel does. However, blaming everything wrong that happens on the JEWS, 13 million people vs. 6 billion is just absurd & a time tested constant thing used to not face what is really happening. Saying "The Jews did it" has been an excuse for at least 2,000 yrs. According to some, they were responsible for the black plague, the fall of the roman empire, & many, many, many other things, including natural disasters. It's a constant that has barely let up in our modern day, & is always started w/ these kind of comments, then escalates into full fledged jew-baiting. Look at jjrizzos constant comments that "I'm not anti-semitic" on this site, now go over to the "other" site, & see how rabid he's gotten. That is a perfect example of the natural progression of these arguments. Read your history, man.

  Just because I don't listen to every whacko conspiracy theory that comes around the pike, does'nt mean I believe everything the US gov. says. But your David Icke reference is'nt very credible, either. He believes the world is controlled by reptilian aliens. Watched WAY to much "V" in the 80's.

  i am at the point in my routine where i'm saying that after my husband left, i didn't know what to do with myself, so i became a jw.

  i go into how it was confusing for me, as an ex catholic, i used to knock on people's doors and invite them to bingo (first question: does this work?

  as in all aspects of life, christians should make decisions that will leave them with a clear conscience before jehovah god.

  " so, in case you are asked to go to a luau, you really should consider if there's any religious or spiritistic overtones and recognize that the origin of the luau is pagan.

  Been to dub luaus in maui. Fun, fun, fun. Lot's of sexual tension when the tahitian hulas started. Circuit overseer was drooling, wife was way pissed off, muttering something about "pagan sex rituals". My 13yo self loved it!

  i went to my first peace rally and march tonight.

  it was incredible.

  at one time there were probably 350 of us all joined in solidarity.

  I find it fascinating that the isolationist view was almost an exclusively conservative view in the late 1930's, early 1940's, & now it's the liberal calling card. Strange times.
