We went last week to the Sunday meeting and there were about 30 attending. The old timers are slowly dying off and the young ones aren’t stepping up to the plate

I foresee problems in Canada because we are becoming very polarized left vs right. If things continue we are headed for a civil war. I don’t believe it will be an east vs west war. It will be class warfare.

luke 16:19-31 kjv describes well enough his dusty attitude to the rich who do not succour the poor.. and this world has many poor: so many, it might seem that we can do nothing about it, and twist his words; 'the poor ye shall have always with you, but me, ye shall not have always.

I already distribute to the poor every year through the taxes I pay. I also help those close to me when I feel they are deserving. Other than that my working really hard to give to someone who will most likely squander it is a waste of my and their time.
