I see the UN as a western institution that is reliant on funding from its member countries.
I don’t see Russia, China or the Middle East Arab countries as following the UN if it conflicts with their interests.
After WW2 the world was tied on the USD as a reserve currency. to do international business both the buyer and seller had to own US Dollars.
That is changing. When the west kicked Russia off the Swift payment system they just found a new customer to purchase their oil in rubbles, yuan or gold. They didnt need americas approval.
As previously mentioned the brics nations are going to be an economic force that will rival or displace the remnants of the Bretton woods agreement.
The governing body views prophecy through an Americanized lens. The reality is that America is on the decline and so is it’s puppet the United Nations.
