i have been in two congregations where someone moved in from the big city and took over with the attitude of the northerners when they go south, i come from where they do it right.

like bulls in china shops they remove people and do the house cleaning like the political org cult it is.

ad on tv had the exact cartoon figures as caleb, sophia and parents.

i cant convince anyone pimi that the gb didnt come up with the programming all by themselves.

the mormon kids look similar too.

i just finished looking through the circuit overseer manual, so here are some highlights.

first up, regarding circuit assemblies:.

if a brother is so extremely overweight that others would be distracted if he had a part on the program, good judgment would need to be used in deciding whether to give him an assignment.

You could tell he was really uncomfortable giving the talk with no one to baptize. This was when i believed more than I do now.

I think that they should cancel the talk if no one shows to be baptized.

I was only ever at one baptism talk where there were no baptized. I felt sorry for the brother giving the talk.

clinking of glasses

hello all - long ago i posted under sosad..... cant get back under that name so hello again.

i though i remember in hte last couple of years that there was a change in the strict practice of not clinking glasses and toasting,,, that it was more of a conscience decision.. was i dreaming this?

any help towards printed information on this subject is very much appreciated..
