Is not the overriding factor what he said himself
You mean what someon else wrote?
gen 3:8,9 then the man and his wife heard the sound of the lord god as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the lord god among the trees of the garden.
but the lord god called to the man, "where are you?".
in this passage in the bible the humans hid from the god and the god was left wondering around yelling: "where are you?"..

God is not bound by our definitions, understandings, or expectations.
You haven't figured that out yet?
So the words inthe bible don't accurately describe god?
gen 3:8,9 then the man and his wife heard the sound of the lord god as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the lord god among the trees of the garden.

God knowing all possible outcomes of any decision we make goes BEYOND knowing what decision we will make because God already knows the outcome of ANY decision before we make it because he knows ALL possible decsions that CAN be made and what their conclusions CAN be.
I see you prefer camel to gnat....

God's knowledge is infinite
Then why make provision for all 10 outcomes since he knows which one it will be? Why would god make provisions for 10 outcomes if he already knows which it is? Unless his knowledge isn't infinite...
The issue is that I have given a view that ALLOWS for God knowing ALL that can be known AND still have free will.
Which seems to be a point of contention on whether Christainity allows for both, which it obviously does.
Only if you decide to change the meaning of the words "all knowing", omniscient" and "infinite"
gen 3:8,9 then the man and his wife heard the sound of the lord god as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the lord god among the trees of the garden.
but the lord god called to the man, "where are you?".

How is God KNOWING all possibel outcomes or every decision NOT being all knowing ??
Because that's not what "omniscient" or "all knowing" means, you are changing the definition to suit yourself.
... but everything to do with your assertion that we apparently cannot choose.
My assertion is hat God cannot be all knowing if he doesn't what what we will decide and that, if in fact he is all knowing and knows what we will decide, we are pre-destined to make that decision, thus making it not a decision.
They can't both be true.
one of the many factors that made me loose faith in the bible was the fact that camels were not domesticated during abrahams era.
i read this on the book "the bible unearthead".
do you know of any other evidence that shows camels were domesticated after 1000 bce.
You would be better going going down the "evidently Jesus dismissed Judas so he would not partake of the emblems" route if you want to lose faith.
I was sitting at the meeting thursday as they were talking about this and I noticed that the accounts in Matthew and Mark have the betrayer comment/meal reversed. Without a Bible in front of me, basically, in one account Jesus says "someone here will betray me" and then they eay. In the other, they eat the bread, drink the wine and THEN jesus says that someone there will betray him, clearly contradicting the narrative the FDS likes to sell that Jesus dismissed Judas before the partaking.

Oh, yes, we can choose.
That has exactly zero to do with the God's lack of omniscience.
The point is that God knows ALL the outcomes of every decision.
Then that's not omniscience. Problem solved.
gen 3:8,9 then the man and his wife heard the sound of the lord god as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the lord god among the trees of the garden.

God's omniscience was knowing the outcome of whichever decision Adam could have made.
So then God had to know Adam would choose to sin. God wouldn't know the outcome would be Adam eating unless Adam chose to ate. Therefore Adam was required to sin.
Not at all, unless you want it to be.
We can CHOOSE!
Apparently not.

Harmonizing free will with God's omnisicence is an issue that has dogged the best of theologians.
No one, save God Himself, has the answer.
So then it's useless to me?
God: "I have the winning lottery numbers."
Me: "Can I have them?"
God: "No."
gen 3:8,9 then the man and his wife heard the sound of the lord god as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the lord god among the trees of the garden.

God knows but the decision is ours, God NOT telling us is keeping the "law" of free will in place.
So, Adam didn't have knowledge of good and evil, God didn't know what he would do, just the options he had, Adam makes a choice God didn't know he would make, then God punishes Adam (who didn't know good from bad until he ate from the tree) for making a bad choice with death?
That's not really free will, then, if the choice is "Do what I tell you or I will kill you and curse untold millions of your descendants with death and suffering. And I'm not going to tell you that until after you make the bad choice. And you don't know what good and bad means until after you make the choice."
WHO SAYS???
The bible says god knows everything. Is the bible wrong?
God knows the results, but he doesn't "know" which choice we will make
Then how could he know the results? How could he know that at 3:50 PM EST I will write this? What if instead I had chosen to get coffee and not written this until 3:55? How can he know the results without knowing the choices we make?
