Well if you can't pick on fatty who can you pick on?
You can still pick on fatties, but only the ones that whine saying they can't exercise while eating a donut.

i hate to exercise, therefore i haven't really ever done it, and stuck with it.
i've had 6 children, and am quite sedentary.
i get really bad migraines when my blood pressure rises, hence hating excercise.. .
The "reformed whore" syndrome ("I used to be a whore, but I'm not now, so now I can condemn all you current whores"...).
You keep using that term. I don't think you're using it in exactly the right way...you used it on me earlier (even though it could just as easily be applied to you based on a LOT of things you have said to me and others). You might not want to be so flip in throwing that around lest it come around to bite you.
Also, I would have to ask that same question of, say:
Your list contains people that both make a lifestyle choice and people that have zero control over certain things. It's not really a good fit for the point you are trying to make.
au contraire...at least according to the WT...
true...
Turning on/picking on/hatred toward fat people is as old as all those others you mention.
Most people don't start out fat, they let themselves get that way and they can change if they want (like catholics!). black people and jews can't.

10. Most Americans ARE fat
Coming from an ethnicity where "big" and "thick" really isn't a problem, where people really are judge more by the content of their character than... say, the size of their butt... I'm curious. What say you?
Big and thick isn't the same as obese.
And, please, try not to give me too much of that "it's not healthy" melarkey
I know. Being able to walk 100 yards without a break is so unhealthy.
because statistics show (TRULY!)... that skinny people have a 70% higher change of dying early than fat people (10%). Really. Look it up.
The very first thing I found disagrees. http://www.usatoday.com/news/health/weightloss/2009-03-17-obesity-death_N.htm

Secondly, I DO know about my condition with my thyroid
Sure. OK, so your first post made it seem as if you have a problem you knew about but weren't doing anything about. If you are, then I stand corrected.
See? Now you can play along nicely and be helpful! This helps.
Fine, I'll be nicer.
Get a journal and write down everything you eat every day for a week. I mean EVERYTHING. Figure out how many calories that is and do NOT try to make it seem less. This ONLY works if you are brutally honest. Every bite of everything that goes in, salad dressing, that one peice of cookie from the tray, the glass of milk, everything.
You will likely be shocked at how many times you are eating food and how many calories they are. If nothing else, it will make you more conscious everytime you eat. A pound of fat is roughly 3600 calories. Walking a mile on level ground burns roughly 120.
Do ANYTHING you can to start building muscle. Muscle is denser and maintaining it burns more calories than muscle. Use a 5lb weight and lift it when you are watching TV or something.
Aerobic evercise (cardio) is amazing. Brisk walking for 30 minutes helps. A brisk walk you should be able to cover a mile and half in 30 minutes.
Cut out 1000 calories a week an that's over a 1lb a month. Add in the other stuff and without doing any hard work you can drop 5 lbs a month.
Oh, and cut out soft drinks, even diet, and jack your water intake through the roof.

I could easily dispute a number of things you said. You have cited no reputable or verifiable sources of information, only your opinion. If I want opinion I'll go to someone capable of earning my respect. That could never be you.
Ok. So? Oh wait, you didn't check on anything I wrote and just threw some bullshit out there and thought anyone cared about your uninformed respect? Right, I'll get right on that. Wait, I already didn't care. Sorry, it's all taken care of.
Proclaiming your distain in this way indicates an unwillingness to engage in meaningful dialogue. You shouldn't be surprised when people respond with an equal distain for you. In short, don't dish it out if you can't take it, bitchboy.
I'm not surprised at all. In fact, it's usually the response when people post something with the theme of "I'm unhappy and I have a reason why nothing will ever work to change that because all of those involve me putting in some effort."
Guess what? If you don't put in the effort to make a change, nothing ever will. At least, not for the good. I'm very sorry my delivery method made you all butthurt and call names, but it is what it is. You can throw tantrums all day and call me names, but at least I was offering solid advice.

I CHOOSE to be sedentary instead of excercise, when given downtime. Lets be clear, in having 6 kids, my own agency, a husband and two dogs, this is not all that often, as it may have read in the original post.
Think of it like this... ever seen a fat farmer? Farmers work hard, REALLY hard. They are up and moving and doing things all the time. So why aren't they thin?
Two basic reasons....they don't eat well. They tend to consume a lot of foods that are high in fat, sodium and calories. They are taking in more calories than they burn. Second, the TYPE of activity they are doing is not conducive to weight loss. Cardio, brisk walking, jogging, biking...things that get your breathing and heart rate up for 30 minutes or more continuously are the things that drive weight loss. Farmers don't do that. So even though they are "active" it's a different kind of active than what will make them healthy.
Secondly, I DO know about my condition with my thyroid, not sure what would make you believe otherwise. I know my last levels, what they mean, how to treat it naturally as opposed to chemically, what Hashimotos is, how it makes me feel, and how to know when I'm having a flare up.
That doesn't jive with the first thing wrote...
I was in the past diagnosed with a slow thyroid, and haven't been taking my medication.
So if you were diagnosed in the past and haven't been taking your medication, it seems like you are more AWARE of the problem than taking care of it.
The migraines keep me from doing strenuous activities that cause high levels of heartrate for extended periods. It's not worth an hour workout to end up in the ER getting a shot of medication so I can sit up, view light of be a mom.
So work out for half an our or do workouts that don't elevate your heart as much.
Not Very Likely, you are coming across as a pompous ass that needs to vent about something and feel better about yourself
You may think what you wish. I wasn't the one that posted a thread basically saying "I'm overweight, I don't workout, I kinda eat OK, I drink. how do I lose weight" and then explaining why there is absolutely no way you can change any of that. And I feel pretty good about myself. In fact, I am going to do some weight workouts right now!
I'm glad I started a thread this morning that makes you feel good about doing that, and I hope you are feeling better for the remainder of your day. Peace.
I did have an extra helping of fruit. That made me feel pretty good.

Non of it big or clever I know. But not a fat or lazy in there.
Controlling harmful urges is hard work. And I smoke for 17 years.
Anyway, this has nothing to do with Jehovah`s Witnesses, unless they are now selling a book on losing weight. Then again I wouldn`t put it past them.
There's a shitload of fat JW's because "bodily training" is only a little beneficial. Because you know, Paul knew everything there was to know about health.

Yeah NL, I noticed cal wise it's not to bad, especially if you go for the grilled. Maybe I'll try one on my splurge day
It's got enough sodium in it for a week....
