i've been absent a bit more than usual.. at qualcomm stadium, home of the chargers and the "special arrangement" with san diego which means they use the venue for free, you are not allowed to bring a tarp in the 80 degree sunshine, nor a large umbrella.. mercifully however, you may bring a small one person umbrella you can hold or perhaps vice to the seat, but if someone asks you to take it down, you are to oblige.
san diego is freaking out over this i can assure you.

The seating in these stadiums was meant for 2-3 hours max not 12hours a day for 8 days.

this may be the wrong area for this but here goes.. if you went to a bank and told them " i don't have an account with you, i never will have an account with you and i will tell people you are a terrible bank" then ask not for a loan from them, but a gift of a lot of money, how do you think they would respond?.
yet, witnesses now have the the ability to take blood fractions from the blood bank without ever contributing to the blood bank.
there is a process that the blood bank takes just the plasma from a donor to be used for fractions only.
I've tried to get JW's to reason on this & it is impossible for them to comprehend that 'fractions' still come from donated whole blood.
this site , the people posting, and the ability to connect with them this way has really helped me in such a huge way i can't even express.. thank you for all your time, hard work, and kind efforts to keep this open and safe for all that come in here.. .

No, the real me was always put down, made to feel inferior to 'the ones putting the Kingdom first in their lives', ie selling more books & getting more 'interested' ones hooked for the borg.
Since I stoppped going to the meetings the JW's that were supposed to be special mates haven't even phoned in 4 years.
I'd rather not hear from them now as we'd have very little in common..........& their only reason to call would be to get me back in the borg, not because of any genuine interest in me as a person.
I have many real friends now.

I was in my early 20's in 1975.
These accounts of what happened in the years leading up to 1975 is 1000% spot on.
The fact the leaders of the WBTS still hide behind half truths & misinformation shows they have something to hide.
They still rely on lies to shore up their self proclaimed position as 'faithful & discreet slave', a misnomer if ever there was one.
For those that were not JW's at that time please listen to the contributors on this forum, please be assured they are the ones telling you the truth, I would not be here if that wasn't the case.
