Any explanation from the WT as to why Adam and Eve did not have sex before they sinned? (and other Genesis stumpers)

(disclaimer- i know this is all fairy tales but i like to pick genesis apart since many millions still take it literally and is the foundtion of jw doctrine.

without genesis being real, the whole thing collpses).

i was just reading through genesis yesterday, and it really hit me.

why deceptively use the word "natural"?

forgive me - i must be missing something, but if we are all invited into this covenant - what are you saying is the implications for the smaller number of heavenly rulers chosen from mankind now then?

i am not sure how you all feel as we all left at different times for different reasons.... but this new bible seems to have put some final nails into a coffin that was once my jw life.

the religion is so far and so different to the religion i grew up in that it has become something i feel no affiliation with anymore, no bond, no shared ideas or even sentimental views.

different teachings on when the end is coming.

Thank you for your heart felt and sincere words. They moved me.

I have dedicated over 30 yrs of my life to WTBTS. My wife and all her family have good 'spiritual heritage' My family all accepted the truth - because of me :-(

I now find i am dis-enchanted far too many reason to list here and far too personal some of them.

But I do have sincere questions and dont know where to turn or look.

But I just thought I would say thank you for your words - they resonated with me so so much.

2010 - Year of the Governing Body?

let me explain by what i am getting at without sounding like captain obvious!

i am actually excited about this since i think this could help assist a ton of people out of this organization!!.

i believe that the governing body is stepping up efforts to emphasize their unconditional rulership - every wt study article seems to make reference to their authority.

could someone tell me - succinctly - what the motivation is of the GB? Why do they do it? Are they being led by someone or something unseen?

Blondie - I read your posts with interest as they are usually balanced, well thought out, considerate and fair. I am a little disappointed that you go so far back to prove a point. Those references are soooooo old!

Do you think that as the 'light gets brighter' (lol) there is any value in referring to such dim flickering articles?
