some have developed stress, depression, other committed sucide, had broken marriages, severed family and social relationship.
still, others had to contend for years, the scourge of emotional turmil on their lives.

I was definitely very ill after the shock of my Dfd...physically as well as emotionally...(and I would have grey hairs were it not for today's beauty technology)...It culminated with a small cancer and then radiotherapy...once that was over I seem to come out at the end of it with such a fresh rejuvenated view of life. A resolve to make my personal happiness more important than ever I'd done before.
What came with it was a humour which I didnt know I possessed...suddenly there were all these one liners on my lips...so many things to giggle and laugh about. It was quite wonderful.
I worried it would stop but no, its continued. People say to me quite frequently now 'Ah you're so funny!' to my utter amazement????? For years I was accused of being far too serious....So...every cloud ...?

Our country in bad shape
by Weeping inyears ago, when america believed in religion, didn't worship satan, when they worked, and were not using drugs, the u.s. prospered.. now we forget where we came from.
perhaps when we are cast to gehenna, we will remember.. now i've heard some local sunday school teachers are teaching our children that jesus was a woman.
shame on teachers and also parents who allow their children such lies.

My awakening and realization that I have been told a lie
by Soldier77 inhi all, new posting, but i've been lurking for a while.
i thought it was time to "come out" as it were and voice my story.... i was born into the jw cult surrounded by all of my jw family.
grandfather was an elder for almost 40 years till he passed, both of my uncles are currently now elders and have been for the last 15 years.
