If the ones left in the halls were able to talk to us about the injustices of our judicials or our findings against the org. it would naturally disturb them. Its just too dangerous for the org. to allow it - but of course that's so wrong on so many levels because they are denying people important information which would affect their judgments and beliefs and subsequently the lives they're leading. Not to mention the whole inhumanity and cruelty of it. Disgraceful.

Why they MUST treat DFd and DAd the way they do
by Mad Sweeney inseveral decades ago a researcher named solomon asch conducted an experiment on conformity to determine the conditions under which individuals will deny their own senses in order to conform with a group.
if you view the video clip, you will notice in the first two scenarios presented that those who conform tend to do so for one of two reasons: one, they doubt their own judgement in the face of unanimous opposition or two, they still believe they are right but conform in order to avoid conflict within the group.. the key to total shunning of dfd and dad individuals, as well as constant pressure to avoid "bad associations" is based not only in the conformity behaviors mentioned above but due to what asch discovered in the third scenario presented in the video, when the test subject has a single confederate who agrees with him.
the key to conformity within a group is unanimity.

How sad it is that in order to express our most sincere feelings and thoughts about our personal beliefs we have to either 'fade' and deceive or get expelled. Doesnt really match a loving god does it? I believe the WTBS have given him such a bad name.

Ana_dote sweetheart ...my opinion for what its worth..dont make any more ripples with yr parents...why should you anyway..its your business noone else's ...and dont be worrying about your sisters or anyone else who doesnt want you in their lives...plenty of people will value you so you dont need to bend yourself for ones who dont...just carry on living your life and try to enjoy it...
I for one really appreciate that you've shared your painful story and I do wish you well for your future...like me you'll be seeing that the people on here are very caring and supportive so lets stick around yea?

Remembering why I haven't gotten married
by keyser soze inthere's nothing like a trip to the supermarket to remind a person that being single isn't so bad.
i was at the self-checkout and had a front row seat to a couple in their forties arguing over their inability to operate the scanner.
more to the point, it was her loudly berating him for any attempt he made to help.
