  according to none other than frederick franz himself, in his own words!.

  i read some wt trolls on here trying to say that he is under the marker a few feet away.. that is not true.

  Forget Russell......I would much rather know if Rutherford is buried under a concrete slab in the garage at the former Beth Sarim or Beth Shan.....LOL....now THAT would be truly looney tunes

  First Post - Emotionally Torn

  i haven't been on here long but i found this site a couple days ago and quickly realised it had a lot of posts by people going through similar experiences as me.

  i read some of the answers and it helped relieve some inner anguish i've been carrying since everything i came clean to my parents about everything i've been reading about.. .

  i just have been going through a rough patch right now; that might be an under or overstatement depending on your own personal experiences with this kind of stuff.

  it seems every cong seems to have some guy who is 35 and never had a job or moved out of mom and dads basement.. i knew a guy who just hand out magazines at work so he would get eventually fired and could sleep in till noon everyday.

  of course his elder father though he was a real matyr cause he kept losing jobs for jehovah.

  i have an electrican friend who apprenticed some jw kid till he got his ticket and he quit him to pioneering.

  please join with me, and celebrate the 30th anniversary of the classic wt with the front cover which boldly proclaimed that the generation of 1914 would never pass away.. the cover date of the that wt is infact this very day so let us raise a glass to this clear sign they have god's backing:.

  in this the 100th anniversary of our lords return (invisibly of course brothers) it is a fine and appropriate thing to do..

  Thanks to all!

  This has ALWAYS been my favorite subject regarding JWs. Even now my best friend continues to be associated.....and he literally knows NOTHING......I had to laugh.....he is in his 40's and couldn't tell you anything about the organization....

  It's both tragic and bizarrely fascinating how these people just keep going on......

  i was 13yo and largely clueless to what was going on.

  i think i remember hearing something about an apostate being weeded out of bethel but really couldn't have cared less.

  i didn't start getting zealous until a couple of years later.. .

  I was 13. Its a very, very vague memory.... I don't remember anyone talking about it. At that age, I was just starting to understand the nuts and bolts of the religion.

  5 years later, no one was talking about it. Not even the older brothers that mentored me......

  JW's have an almost bizarre way of sweeping HUGE stories under the rug.....from Franz, to 1975, to Candice Conti....most of them know NOTHING about any of those subjects.

  guy pierce was born into a large mormon family.

  his mother and father were jack mormons, sympathetic to the mormon faith but not ved/ active.

  afterworld war ll, his parents moved from utah to california, where guy was born on november 6, l934.when he was eight years old, his grandmother wanted three of her grandchildren to be baptized in the mormon church.
