  Taking Elders Out of their Comfort Zone; The Little Room

  in the mid-90's my wife faced a bogus charge of gossiping.

  the charge was based on a fleshly sister of a jw easedropping on a conversation.

  we fought the charge with the elders unable to produce any credible report of the actual conversation.

  Well I have to say for me it turned out to be GREAT !!! I am so glad we were mis-treated at so many levels...and I was really liked. But it was an awakening for me to see the hypocrisy of the org...the re-start of Life!!!

  • I just can not blame the blameless...so many in these positions are clueless and feel they are doing Gods will...sad but true.

  I had two elders try and get me to say I did not trust the Gov-Pope! And I had comments made like " oh then u are bitter? " I said no I am disappointed!

  Now if they walked into my back yard I would tell them something different

  For those of you still in going to the meeting on Sunday, anyone wearing green?

  i am curious what the reaction would be, would anyone notice, like if you had some green on, either it be a green tie, or green shirt, do you think anyone would say anything?

  No...not planning on it. But I may wear green. I'm what you call a mix...multiple-national man. Besides I am trying not to go to the Celebration or the non-celebration...let alone to meeting tomorrow. Thanks for the encouragement to wear green and remember someone's special day :)

  he comes from a "highly decorated" family of jw's.

  • So many facts shown from the posters... that if read by anyone searching for information on how this org has conducted itself they WOULD RUN. Those in control certainly are not being directed by who they claim is the Loving, Just, all truth telling Jehovah God!!

  An elder called me.

  an elder who handled the minor matter with my husband a few weeks ago called to see how we were doing.

  this guy genuinely is a gentle, kind, man whom the congregation loves.

  he's the one everyone approaches because he never judges or condescends.

  Not telling the Whole truth is called deception. Plain and simple you are misleading --- lying.. If you know you are withholding information that is morally wrong...let alone biblically wrong.

  Getting my first tattoo

  well on wednesday i am going to be getting my first tattoo.

  i have had this particular piece of art that i have wanted for years but was too afraid to put it to skin as it will require a great amount of detail.

  but i finally decided to go for it.

  Got mine over a year ago...now that I am in control of my mind. Thinking about getting one more to complete my feelings. What I know is...how I feel now should never change as it reflects a "truism". A truism is a claim that is so obvious or self-evident as to be hardly worth mentioning.

  My 66th birthday is today!!

  once i was little boy in fort worth, texas living with my maw maw and paw paw and mommy.. then, i was an 18 year old 6'4'' skinny 165lb religious nut being dipped in a baptismal during a local assembly.. suddenly, i was 20 and listening to a jail cell door clang behind me as a conscientious objector.. wow!

  23 years old and put on parole until my 6 years sentence was ended!

  i got married to a nice jw girl and had 3 kids!.
