You are conducting an inquisition based on a rumour. You have found me guilty when there is no evidence. You inquire into my heart but ignore my answers, and call them "warped." You ignore my request for the information of my accusers so that I may warn them of a pending lawsuit. You threatened me that you won't love me and associate with me unless I do exactly as you want me to do. You are offering conditional love and friendship, while claiming to be Christ's follower (hypocritical). You said you will always be there for me, under certain conditions. Are you trying to win me back?

If you say anything about me, or share any of the information I have given you, that damages me socially, (for example, causes people to discontinue associating with me) you will be sued for defamation of character in a civil courtroom. For the well-being of all involved, please provide the names and information that was stated about me, so that I may provide direct warning to them.

So, don't think you're "safe" or they're "safe" because you believe their talk was about "true statements" I made. Accuracy of information is not the determining factor--it is information used to harm a reputation that causes damage to a person socially. The comments already made about me by others, that have caused your inquiry in the first place, are sue-worthy.

Likewise, disfellowshipping as well, is sue-worthy, as well as anti-Christian and Pharisaical. Elders have been and will be sued for defamation of character. Ask yourself, do you want to go to court, or do you want to live as Christ did, and love unconditionally, shunning no one?

Did Jesus ever instruct his followers to shun? Rather, he never shunned many people deemed shun-worthy by his religious leaders. Will you be a Christian, or a Pharisee?

I got an idea, how about I write this:

You have already convicted based on a malicous rumour. Your actions to do this--wholly based on nonconfirmed information and hearsay--is evidence in my case that the malicous gossip IS defamation of my character and damaging me in my social circle. Incidentally, you have not provided the names of the gossipers, nor answered my questions about what was said. I want that information so I may face my accusers, set straight misinformation, and give them fair warning about a pending lawsuit.

Jesus was also lynched on baseless accusations. Regarding those accusations, he gave them plenty of defense through his words, yet he did not dignify hatred with a response. If you want to know what's truly in my heart, whether I have faith in the bible or whether I am a Christian, just re-read my words. You'll either see truth, or see what you want to see.

You are hereby warned that if you talk about me to others or share any of the information I have provided through letters or texts, and that effects their behavior toward me, you will be sued for defamation of character. This lawsuit can successfully be won regardless of accuracy of information. It is based on whether it DAMAGES me socially.

I don't necessarily want to drop seeds of reality about the WTS since that isn't my big beef. My beef is lack of love in my family, who learned it from the WTS, despite their claims of being Christ's FOLLOWERS! Ha!

I am not attending because of the lack of love. They can decide for themselves if that means they are Christ's true followers, I have implied as much that it isn't.

I have not claimed to not love God or the bible, so she is just looking for a reason to lynch me. Common practice in my abusive family.

I am not talking to her to gain a friend, I could care less about what she offers. But, I did want to clear my name and protect myself with threats of lawsuits for defamation of character, and to make a defense for myself USING THE BIBLE, to show them how STUPID their accusations that I lost faith in the bible are, and that I don't want to be God's follower anymore.

I am dishing a different facet of reality, and hopefully causing her to think.

In my response letter, I would like to remind her not to circulate this information either verbally or through text, or I will sue for defamation of character. It may already be too late. My family is vicious as vultures.

What else shoudl I include? I like the bit about it being lonely in the land of conditional love, WhiteDove.

Thanks for the support WhiteDove. The IRONY of this whole thing, is WE ARE NOT EVEN FRIENDS.

We were best friends through childhood and were roommates as adults, but it gradually became clear to me that this was a leech-type of person. I was the one investing into and fueling the whole thing. I was getting little out of it, and it was abusive. Eventually, I decided I deserved better and moved out and rarely spoke to her again. I did not attend her wedding. We are estranged, because I left her. The few times we have talked, she was nice and wanted me back, but I don't want her back. Especially the way she's treating me now.

So, in my absence of friendship, my other family members whom were also toxic and I cut out of my life are all talking about me now, about how "concerned" they are about my spirituality. AND, as Scully pointed out, SHE PREFERS THE GOSSIP over the truth.

As IF THAT WEREN'T CRAZY ENOUGH, she is also "tempting" me with her friendship. I cannot have the privelege of her friendship without doing exactly as she commands. AS IF I WANTED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. Who contacted WHO, bitch! (she contacted me out of the blue to tell me she's heard rumours and can't be my friend if I don't love God. How irrelevant. Were we friends BEFORE???)

Hey--a new response! Wat to say??

I find it funny how you won't simply answer my question. Do you want to be a follower of God or not? simple as that. "Beware of bad associations..." remember? Are you a bad association or not? I too am confident in my faith. That is why I am trying to abide by that scripture. So if you refuse to tell me the truth then there is nothing more to say. I hope you find what you are looking for. Just because I keep my space from you doesn't mean I don't love you it means I can's trust you. I need to know who's side you are on...period. And Jehovah's witnesses spend their time with those who want to be followers of God not those who don't.Whether baptized or not...it's the heart condition that matters. Ask any witness and you will get the same answer that I am giving you. You once thought this way yourself. If you honestly tell me to follow Jehovah God and his standards is the way you wish to live your life then that would make me exceedingly happy and want to spend time with you. But if not...you are desiring to be a part of the world. "I am no part of the world" and don't desire to be. God's people are the ones I wish to have as me close associates. I know what it is like to isolate one self. I used to do that. My thinking became warped as has yours. It was only when I began praying, attending the meeting and service and associating with God's flock that I began to think clearly once again. I hope the same for you. this will be my last letter unless you start being honest with me and yourself.
