  i do not find cindy crawford and julie roberts attractive.

  Julia Roberts I think is 'pretty'---but not beautiful.

  Jennifer Aniston? Looks more like a man than a woman and the only reason she's even still got a career is because of the whole 'Brad-Jennifer-Angelina' crap that's been tabloid fodder for years.

  Renee Zellweger looks like she's been sucking a lemon, but I did like her in Bridget Jones Diary.

  Sarah Jessica Parker is absolutely hideous and has not aged well at all.

  As for the men, I never saw anything particularly attractive about Johnny Depp.....I remember one girl I worked with going ga-ga over Ray Liotta who I think is absolutely hideous. Brad Pitt is still a good looking guy, at least when he doesn't have a scraggly beard covering his face.

  Thank god we'll all be gorgeous in the Noo System of Things, eh?

  Update on my daughter Ali... finally some good news!

  i've posted several times over the past 6 months about my daughter, ali's severe heart failure due to a virus.

  it has been a roller coaster ride.

  recently her leads from her pacemaker and defibrilator became displaced due to strong coughing due to bronchitis.

  Let us examine how we can show our hatred for what is bad in the following four areas of life: (1) our attitude toward the abuse of alcohol, (2) our view of the occult, (3) our reaction to immorality, and (4) our view of those who love lawlessness.

  Alcohol abuse? That's rich since the second President of this cult was a notorious drunk who used to have whiskey smuggled in from Canada during Prohibition. He was also a womanizer, though God knows what any woman would see in him. He abandoned his wife because she couldnt' give him his "marital dues" and sought comfort elsewhere. As for the occult, well, all you have to do is read some of Charles Russell's writings to figure out he was fascinated by it. The center-piece of all his work revolved around Pyramidology, which was denounced by Rutherfraud in later years as being 'demonic'. As for 'lawlessness' (which means doing something illegal, or "contrary to the law"), what about the Organization hiding thousands of pedophiles within over the years? What about them refusing to pay Caesars things to Caesar when the French government imposed a stiff taxation on them? What about them allowing the brothers and sisters in Malawi to be beaten, raped, tortured and murdered because the Organization wouldn't let them buy a frigging 'party card' while at the same time, giving the green light to the brothers in Mexico bribing the authorities?

  You might start by asking yourself: ‘Do the songs I listen to glorify murder,

  Will you attend the Kingdom Hall for a funeral of parents who are still JW's? If not, do you tell them beforehand?

  i was recently talking to an ex witness whose elderly parents, and in law parents, are still witnesses.. as shocking and incomprehensible as it may seem to both sets of parents, this ex witness believes that, just like every other human throughout human history, they are going to die.

  now this ex witness has expressed to me that he won't ever step foot in a kingdom hall again.. he is in a dillemma as to what to do about their funerals.

  he does not want to attend any service held at the kingdom hall as the service will be heavily controlled by the seven members of the governing body that reside in brooklyn and who don't know his parents at all.. he is quite willing to stand outside the hall, or attend the crematorium or gravesite or funeral home and also any wake that takes place afterwards as people are more free to express themselves in a less formal setting.

  Since my parents do not shun me, I would go, but the point is probably moot as my siblings (both JW and non-JW) have already decided that we will have the funeral service at a funeral home and not at the Hall. The big question will actually be: will they give my parents a Dub funeral talk since they rarely go out in Field Serve-Us? If they decline to, I will make a point of telling the elders to piss off and don't bother showing up at all and I'll get one of my ex-Witness friends (who used to be an elder) to do the talk. Wouldn't that be ironic---a Witness being buried by a non-Witness because they weren't considered to be a good enough Witness.........

  Witness funerals piss me off royally as there is barely any mention of the deceased at all. Virtually the entire thing is an infomercial for the religion and I know from past experience how shocked and disgusted 'worldly' people are when they attend.

  "judge" josephh rutherford helped pastor russell draft his last will and testament.

  as legal advisor this was fitting.

  russell never stated that they were to only publish his writings.

  I believe what happened is called a coup d'état.

  While this wasn't a political party, the end result was the same. Russell obviously had no intention of leaving the Organization to Rutherfraud---Rutherfraud didn't care. He seized control and outted the men Russell had left in charge.

  As a non-American, (and after seeing the mud-slinging arguments on this board between Republicans, Democrats and something called the Tea Party), I would suggest that Donald Trump, as an obvious die-hard Republican, would do what all those running for office do: they leave no stone unturned in trying to dig up dirt on the opponent. It makes no difference whatsoever if you're black, white, green, orange or a one-eyed one-horned flying purple people eater----you are the enemy and you must be destroyed.

  My own take is that if Hillary Clinton had gotten in as Prez, he'd be slinging mud at her too and he'd be digging up all kinds of shit on that 'Whitewater' scandal that went on when Billy-boy was Prez. All political parties do this, but I find it almost frightening as to how extreme American politics have gone in the past decade. Were his comments racist? Probably not; I think it was probably politically motivated, not racially.

  We've got an election coming up here soon..........Us Canucks get to choose between the Progressive Conservatives or the Liberals, which is like choosing if you want sores in your mouth or sores on your ass. Both parties suck dead rocks and you know full well that no matter who gets in, they're going to f*ck things up. Why bother arguing about who's worse? May as well kick back with some KFC and a few brewskies.............

  " at the bottom of the image on the back of the invitation raises some eyebrows, but last night in the routine district convention article during the service meeting, i caught that one of the paragraphs mentioned that we would be encouraged to keep a copy of the tract in hand for a discussion during sunday's last talk.

  my guess is, there is going to be some new revelation about what the "?
