i would appreciate some info if anyone has the lastest year book or jan 2007 wt- i need to find out what was the total cost $$$$ listed by the wt for expenses for the ministry, co , do, etc .
it is usually listed at the bottom of the list of countries any help would be appreciated thanks.

Need help looking for wt quote
by JT in" i seem to remember a quote from one of the watchtower publications (in fact, i remember reading it when it came out and was rather perplexed at it) that stated that it was not necessary for jws to do any reading and/or researching outside of the watchtower publications because the brothers at bethel had already done that research for them.. .
.

could someone please provide this info for me.
i have the newsday article with the 950+millon number, i have been looking for that 1.2 bilion figure for months

Washington Post 78 yr old JW Katrina victim kicked out on the Streets

this was in the metro section on friday here in dc, so after i read this article i could not beleive that out of all the congos here in dc md va no one made arrangements to help this old 78 yr old jw out as the article says she had dwindling options, why there are over 20,000 jw here in washington dc area .
the article is interesting in that she got booted out of 2 jw homes and no one else picked up the slack.

WT Prays for LA Storm victims
by JT inthis morning at brooklyn bethel, patterson and wt farms the governing body offered a prayer in behalf of all of the citizens in the la area.
that jehovah provide the needed protection for all citizens who will be impacted.. .
the gb prayed that those who would be risking their lives, such as essential personeel will have the needed strength to help all citizens.. .

What happend to Japan and its explosive Growth??????????????
by JT inwhen i was at bethel during the 80's japan was the darling of the society, gb lyord barry, used to brag about their zeal all the time and dog us in the west-.
they set and all time record of all 100-200 consective peaks in pub and growth, then all of a sudden the bottom fell out, what do you think happend.
i do recall barry mentioning that their culture is one that makes them good follers.

WILL THE WT APOLOGIZE- LIKE THE CATHOLIC DID???
by JT inlast evening we went out with 2 other former jw couples a couple of guys and their wives i knew from the old days of bethel.
we were discussing the public apology that the catholic church just authorized to be made to the child abuse victims for their cases being mishandled as well as that $100 million dollar check they just cut.. .
and i will ask you all the same question .
