another "dream" thread
by lostinthought infirst of all let me say that dreams fascinate me and i really think that they can mean something, anyway, i am still living the jw life (doubts and all).
i have this friend who is not a jw and he told me that he had this really wired dream about me.
he said they shunned you, and i was like who shunned me and he said your people.

A New Year's Resolution- I Gotta Stop Reading Anything From Watchtower
by OnTheWayOut ini am a fan of anything wts hates, like smurfs and birthdays, clinking glasses in a toast, exchanging gifts on december 25th.
i have never really been the person to set new year's resolutions, but it is something wts would not like.. anyway, i used to read blondie's comments on the wt study article.
i remember how it kept me mad at wts to read such stupid stuff from them.

Jerry I totally agree with you! I can't bear to read anything from the WT! The nausea rises rapidly and I have to stop reading for my own health... Even if my parents mention anything related to the WT I start to feel sick, I can't bear it! Even just typing this has made my head go hot lol!
Do what makes YOU feel happy and I hope you find inner peace.

A while back I had a dubbie knock my door and while I engaged him in some questioning he said he had to go and made out I was keeping him lol!

All of a sudden, my spidey senses started tingling and my mood went south. He asked me what was wrong and I really didn't know! About 10 seconds later, we drove past a building with a large parking lot. I didn't see ANY signage because we drove by so fast... Mind you, there's a church on every corner out here in the buckle of the Bible Belt, but I just got an eerie feeling and I told him "Babe? Go back... I bet you ANYTHING that was a Kingdom Hall!" Sure enough, the sign was back a bit from the road, and it wasn't a style of hall I'd ever seen before, but it WAS a Kingdom Hall!
You sensed the evil! Trust me there is evil that surrounds that organisation and all it's followers! I can't be in a room with any dubbies it makes me really poorly...

My first reaction is ''Oh shit''.... I am then overcome with pity for them, as I remember the anguish of being one. I have two dubbies families in my street and in the surrounding streets there are too many to count. It's dubbie haven round here! The school at the end of my road is FULL of dubbie kids.
Mobidzbaby I love that scream! My hubby does one very similar and it cracks me up!

Our new fur baby comes to live with us tomorrow!
by watersprout inwe are adopting our fur baby tomorrow .
he is a jrt crossed with a chihuahua, age is approximately around 7 and he is gorgeous!.
he was rescued from a dog pound as he was due to be put to sleep, an angel saw him and took him home... he had been found tied to tree, left to die and had lost all of his fur... his fur is back now, just a patch missing off his tail... he had to have 13 teeth removed as they were rotten and causing him a lot of pain.

Nell was always a good people tester... She would shun those she didn't like lol... If she liked you you couldn't get rid of her, she would release this toxic gas as if to mark you.

NC they are nutters! Certain breeds are working dogs and if not worked, will lose the plot! Nellie had the spirit crushed out of her with the abuse she had suffered, so went mental occasionaly... Only after she would slept straight for 12 hours lol!
Nancy my sprog has stroked and talked to him constantly, he has been following her around all afternoon lol.
Mummatron that's a happy ending... Sounds like he was a working breed, hopefully there are plenty of rats for him to hunt... Nothing makes a Jack happier then chasing rats lol
BOTR they are the MOST entertaining breed I have ever known! My parents have a westie and he is a boring old man compared to the JRT breed! Sounds like it was a good job you weren't allowed pets as a child... Your father sounds like a scary man! I know what you mean about dogs and men.... If the dog doesn't like them, they are out the door lol!
