I was about 15 and attending the Catholic church when the priest tried to explain how cool it was Jesus' vandalizing of a tree. That was the last time I had anything to do with religion. I just never came back. No judicial meetings, no shunning, no disfellowshipment. Just peace and sanity in my life.

among jehovahs witnesses, congregation elders work tirelessly to make contact with all members of the congregation to ensure that they are safe or can get to a safe place.

also, the elders check to be sure that each one has lifes necessities, such as clean drinking water, food, clothing, and essential medication.

I'm starting to tell on my husband

yesterday a brother called the house and asked for my husband.

i told him i'm sorry he is doing his study and i will not call him to the phone.

i told him we do not talk to each other and he would have to call him back around 11:30. he called back around 11:40 and sure sounded different then his first call.

February 2010 Study Watchtower - Millions Now Living 'May' Never Die

just noticed that in the february 2010 study edition of the watchtower, they refer to the "millions now living will never die" talk in 1918, but they have changed the title to "millions now living may never die".

only problem, they included the picture of the invitation to the talk, which says 'will'.. ooops.

it's on page 16. enjoy.. .
