a love such it compels me to tell what i hear to those who wish to hear of it, even at risk to my own spirit... whether they hear... or they refrain.. i confess... that contrary to what is 'usual' among so-called professed 'christians' and 'anointed', i have not sought to compel people to follow me, or to join any church, religion or other institution of 'theology', and will not, but instead, have asked and spoken only that any who 'hear'... and any who wish to hear... hear... and follow the voice of the fine shepherd, my lord, the son of god, jaheshua mischajah.... i repent... that i am but mere flesh and blood, a woman, a 'foolish thing' and 'weaker vessel', so that i do not always have the strength to stand against the opposition facing me, although i have wished no harm, no evil, no malice toward any.. i repent... that at times my forehead is not as hard as flint, and my heart is not so protected so as not to feel fright when facing off with my adversary and his agents.. i repent... that i do not possess in me the gifts of the spirit that grant miracles, such that those who do not believe can have the 'scales' removed from their eyes so as to see the things 'unseen', things almost too glorious for me to utter... with their own eyes... rather than simply ask for and be granted the 'free gift' of holy spirit and see for themselves.... i repent... that i do not possess in me the 'perfect' love that would move me to not feel hurt and pain when derided and ridiculed, but be able to say to my father, as did my lord, "forgive them father, for they do not know what they do.

The whole town of Venice I believe was accusing this woman of being a witch, bringing all the evil to them. They were going to burn her. In actuality they were jealous of her. They put her before a jury (all men) asked her a million questions, which she was ever so honest in always answering.
She stood up and "CONFESSED" everything.
During that time which they thought they had her....HEARTS were revealed...TRUTH brought out....and the ones that LOVED to point the finger....were SELF-CONDEMMED!
She was EXONERATED in the end!! Great movie....

There is definite freedom of choice here. There are also ones that will always lurk that are "asking in their hearts if there is anything beyond the WTBS".....and there is!! It is not a PLACE or a HUMAN that one is led to. It is to our lord and master we owe everything and it is to him and him alone by his fathers word that we turn.
i had a very positive experience today which maybe not-so-coincidentally coincided with my recent comments on matthew 25.. it was only my second personal experience with babylon the grape in my entire life.
my first was when one of my daughters got married in a catholic church over three years ago.
i actually sat inside the catholic chapel and watched her priest perform the ceremony.
I thouroughly enjoyed your post. It was very inspiring. Yes, we never gave credit to some that truly do have a giving spirit. Jesus never gave the third degree and asked how many years of faithful service to God they gave before he feed or healed them.
Thank you. We had the privilege last thanksgiving to help out in serving dinner to the hungry. What a HUGE community effort. There were truly giving people there. We EVEN fed a JW couple. Go figure!

Giving materially a drink, a meal, something to wear, a kind word, etc... is exactly what our lord meant in Matthew 25! They were not Christs brothers. They ONLY did a kind deed to His brothers and they got life. They may be drunkards, fornicators, adulteres, etc....yes You Know, they may be. Just as Rahab was a prostitute (a practicing one)and hid the spies, HER AND HER ENTIRE HOUSEHOLD WERE SAVED.
In that SAME WAY is how the sheep will get life. Not as 'brothers', but as sheep doing good to the brothers. Remember, the temple in John's vision is what is measured. (standards they must live up to) the courtyard is thrown out and NOT measured. Same standard does NOT apply to them.
So, it is very simple, when in doubt....cover ALL basis.
As Hebrews 13:1&2 says, "Let your brotherly love continue. Do not forget hospitality, for through it some,UNKNOWN TO THEMSELVES, entertained angels."
Would you want to take a chance and pass that up just because we think the only righteous ones, possibly Christs brothers, exsists ONLY in the WTBS?????

with all the problems in the 'truth' and all the things that we know are wrong with it there seems to be aspects of their theology (i.e the sequences of the world powers, statue in daniel, the promise of world restoration again found in daniel) that to me still make sense.
although i cannot follow a religion that believes in the destruction of all humanity barring those that respond to their own preaching work i still believe in a creator and cannot accept the teachings of other religions that have no purpose for the earth and believe that mankinds only destiny is in heaven.
my mind keeps telling me that if god was behind a religion it would be so much better than that of the jws.

That is how we truly begin to "walk by faith and not by sight" "to worship with spirit and truth" and to "keep our eyes on what is unseen"....the city having real foundation that Abraham was looking forward to.

the organization cannot be reformed from outside; that can only come from individuals who have the guts and will to do so inside, and the determination to get rid of hardline thinking that is so strangling.
my personal desire is to see immediate change regarding the child abuse policy, and that will come.
to see a clear, quick change in the horribly inconsistent blood policy rather than drag it out over years; kids are dying in the process.enforced shunning is also an evil that they will have to deal with eventually; it's ripping them apart.. .
hello everyone, i was wondering how those of you who are so angry .
deal with your anger?
i at times am consumed with anger at the wts, and to those who will tell me to just move on, well i did move on but its not so easy to totally dismiss everything when you still have family there.
I completely and totally understand your feelings. My husband and I and three sons came out 3 1/2 years ago. Literally over night. (actually in a week) met with our elders. Of course, you know the outcome. We appealed it. Met with six elders and you now the outcome. We prayed to be used to give a witness, plant a seed or two and HOPE that someone see through it!
So far, NO GO!
But we lost EVERYONE inside on both sides (just about). My sons lost their grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles, friends etc. That completely broke my heart to watch them hurt and cry so bad.
My anger surfaces from time to time now, but I keep it in check. I pray continually for the fruitages of the spirit in GALATIANS of 'patience', self-control and mildness. LOVE, of course.
I am blessed to have my mate. We lost our family business through this. My husband worked with his father and brother. They bought us out as they did not want to work with us. The blesing through it was, we were able to stay home and help our boys heal for three years.
That is where we are now. We have literally been home available for ANY of our family as we live in a small town. We've gone to them, wrote them, and offered our scriptural obligations to our parents, but they don't want it.
So, now we are to move on. How so? Well, we have been blessed spiritually. Our boys are doing so much better. Thay actually have a life and play sports and have sleepovers. They are glad to have had us home with them also.
But we must move on as life goes on. Enlarge our territory sort-of-speak. We have replaced the loss spiritually, but not time wise.
So my husband went back to school as we were the generation of 1975 (no education, no graduation)
So far, so good. Continually pray for your anger not to get the best of you. We don't want to become "Cains in our heart." It is their loss. They will know that one day. We must continue to do what they raised us to do. Follow truth and live it! Be the example they told us to be. Not the hypocrites they are!

You know it will happen. But how unmerciful could they possibly be. A baby being disfellowshipped and mom and dad, brother and sister, friends in the hall not talking to her. Or extremely limited. .....Only sick puppies would do that!

Glad this info was a help to you. My husband and three sons worship out of our home. Follow the spirit and let it guide us and try to daily let our lights shine. We are also obedient to the command our lord gave us JOHN 6:48-58 and take "communion" eating and drinking at home as a family. Remember, ALL ISRAEL are invited into that covenant, just as ALL ISRAEL ate the manna and drank from the rockmass in the wilderness. Not ALL were priests, but ALL entered that covenant and ate and drank. JOHN 6 explains it well. ALso EPHESIANS 2:19-22.
