  This is staggeringly stupid. Nobody outside of the WTBS considers a generation to span ages of up to 40 years. My father is a baby boomer, he is 27 years older than me....does that make me a baby boomer? Is he part of Generation X?

  I spend far too much time wondering (to no avail) how people can be so blind. It's disturbing really. And it's not just JWs. Really, think about it: is believing in this generation explanation thing all that more whacked-out as believing in talking snakes, global flood or a god impregnating a human? We're screwed.

  Ok, I just downloaded this, finally a face to go with Satan.

  I thought I accidentally downloaded the Simplified version at first. But no, it was the regular one. Do they really need a dumbed-down one for this? It's big pictures and very little text.

  My Book of Bible Stories looks like War and Peace compared to this brochure's simplified version. Unreal.

  my jw's mom said this to me in convo/argument two weeks...she said that atheist have no grounds for their thinking, and they basically talk out of their asses.

  she also said that the government has rules that everyone follows and thats the same ways applies to god's true servants, and that we simple have rules, no if and's and but's.. she also said that jehovah can change science, and that god is one in control of the science..

  My profile pic is my brother from another mother...Rupert, my 7 year old golden retriever. Think it was Lenny Kravitz that said his life has been marked by a series of great dogs. I get that.

  Yeah Stairway was labelled "demonic". Remember being a little afraid to listen to it in my early teens.

  My older sister also lectured me once about listening to Pink Floyd's The Wall. "It's dark demonic music!" Pfffffft.
