  Request for Australian research: ban on Jehovah's Witnesses in 1941

  i am planning on revisiting my (academic) research into the banning of jws in australia in 1941, and was wondering if anyone would have contacts i could interview?

  this is obviously a long shot (and it may be children/grandchildren) but i thought it may be worth a shot!.

  hey, just thought i'd let you guys know that i have been accepted to present a conference paper based (once again) on the banning of jws in australia during ww2.

  My conference paper on Witnesses

  hi, i presented a paper at the australian sociological association (tasa) conference last week on the witnesses' part in their banning in australia in 1941. if anyone is interested, i can email copies out but don't think i can post the whole lot on the web (it is about 3,000 words).

  Black/white thinking

  does anyone else here tend to still think in black & white?

  i still find it hard to think in shades of grey.

  example: i'm tossing up at the moment doing a phd or a dip education (teaching) but the hardest thing is that i feel like i can't take a detour from my path (phd).

  Teaching in UK with child?

  hi all, my hubby & i were discussing going to uk in a couple of years to teach & will take our 4/5yo.

  i'm a british citizen already (born in england) & was wondering if anyone else had moved overseas for a year to work with child - anyone have any tips or experiences?
