BANG OUT OF ORDER
by watersprout inbang out of order seems to have made a couple of posters laugh on here, as they had never heard it before.. it's wierd for me because it's a saying i have always heard/used...good old british slang.. it means that what someone has said is hurtful and unacceptable.. some slang terms from where i come from in the ''black country''.. up the wooden hills - go to bed.
put the wood in the hole - shut the door.
chuffed - pleased.

wanker--in UK english is usually used in a derogagotory manner, as an insult, usually to a man.
it means a person who practices masturbation.----so there must be a few then.

this reminds me of substitute swear words used by "the brothers" back in the day--
--"bollards"---for bollocks
--"flickin hell"--f*cking hell
--""stick it up your harris--arse
perhaps this should be a new thread

bollocks are not the same as bull shit--or at least they shouldnt be.
bollocks or bollox is an english/UK word (vulgar) for balls--testicles.

hey sprout--loved the slanguage-----where in the Black Country were you?--i lived in West Bromwich for a while--now i know what "Ocker Bonk " was.
note to other readers--the "Black Country" is not a racially offensive expression--it refers to an industrial area to the north-west of Birmingham, UK---now largely re-developed into a nicer place to live.
