at least they are writing to you !!!! this is a lot better than cold silence. its some form of contact. OK--they are hate filled--but--what really is behind it-?-are they blaming you for the mess their life is ? i think its a step in the right direction. i wouldnt fight fire with fire.

Advice Needed...Again
by wallievase incurrent update- the wife and i are separated.
i dont go to the meetings or in service but im not df, or da.
she is not budging.. problem- my wife has made it clear that she doesnt want me back unless i do all the witness stuff, i have even offered to attend meetings but not participate in commenting or go in service and this is not good enough.

my born in first wife just wanted a trophy dub-hub. a pioneer--servant--giving public talks--on the stage at assemblies.
sound familiar ?
well she divorced my in double quick time--after 13 years together---when i gave her what she wanted--scriptural grounds. ( great fun for me )
i subsequently went on to marry a lovely lady--had 24 years together--till she died young. i'm still young at heart and enjoying life to the max--i'm 66.

and makes great money, yea right.. so what are all those 'approved jobs?'.
add to the list of any and all building skills, cleaning type jobs.

back in my day--late 60's---lots of bros in the UK were insurance agents. this mainly involved going to peoples homes regularly--weekly often--and collecting small amounts of premiums. also writing new business and paying out small claims and bonuses.
i did it for a few years--easy money--short hours. i made a good living working barely 20 hours a week. times have long since changed---that type of insurance--called " industrial life " has largely disappeared.
rather like industry in the UK.

3 JWs injured whilst Cart Witnessing

an elderly driver crashed into a park bench in mandurah, western australia today where 3 jws were sitting.
they had set up their jw cart and their literature was also strewn across the ground.. one of the jws was seriously injured with head injuries.. what a freak accident this is.. .

Funeral for an atheist
by Stealth in99% of all funerals that i have attended have been the wt version, where they preach about the resurrection into paradise and say little about the person who passed other than they were loyal to jah.
the other 1% catholic for grandparents.. now that i consider myself an atheist, i got to wondering what do atheists plan for when they die?.
if you are a non-believer what are your plans for when you die?

so--after a few years ( and 2 more kids ) i managed to provide my wife with " scriptural grounds "-{ barf }---and she divorced me as fast as she could.
over the next few years --she poisoned my kids against me--as many fathers reading this will identify with. i use that word poison as a direct quote from a jw lady who knew my family well.
i married again and had 24 years together.
in recent years--my older son got d/f--i found him through facebook--and we now have a good relationship. in fact--for the first time---i'm spending christmas with him and his lovely new wife--who is now expecting. as you can imagine--i'm thrilled with the idea i will be able to develope a relationship with a grand hild---a first experience for me--ive been denied contact with the first 7.
