Music Upon Your Exit
by RAYZORBLADE ini know this topic has been touched upon from time to time.
i haven't been on here regularly in many years, but i know what it is like for many; or those that are on their way of exiting the organization.. what songs do you recall or remember during your exodus from the wtbts ??.
i left mentally in the late autumn of 1983; apparently (i don't know officially...but does it really matter?

Apostates are narrow-minded victims of brainwashing who believe everything they read
by cedars inor so says the person who left this comment on jwsurvey.org.... what just amazes me is how people can pass judgement on others, make vast sweeping statements and make out that they know best.
this isnt just based on this page, but other pages ive read on this website.
while youre at it why not just say all black people are criminals, all asians are rapists and all white people molest their children.

Sadly, whoever posted that is going to learn the hard way that that religion doesnt care anything for him or her. I hate that people have to learn the hard way. I'm not saying that they shouldnt believe in a higher form, or not believe in spirituality, but why would any person give up there mind for that cultish religion I will never understand why.

What is the most out of line / disturbing experience you have seen from Circuit Overseers?
by Poindexter Lionel Humperdique ini once heard of a circuit overseer blaming a loyal ministerial servant, that served as the accounts servant, of steeling from the contribution boxes, simply because he deposited the congregation funds bi-weekly instead of twice a week.
due to the accusation, the ms was immediately removed without hearing his side of the story.
isn't this rather counter-intuitive and innefficient?

This one circuit overseer was acting really weird toward me. I opened the door for him, and he decided to go out of another door. The whole incident was just strange. As a female, you really see how unimportant women are in the watchtower world. (Except for field service and pioneering of course).

What's you BIGGEST pet peeve/disagreement with the WT or GB?!?
by TeenageInsider infor me its the district conventions.
not bragging in anyway, but i was born-into a family of 'higher ups' im talking co's and zo's..... and there is a room that they set up in the conventions/stadiums called the "chairmans office".
i always have access to these rooms, because im usually with one of my higher up family members who give talks and all that other crap.. anyways, while everyone in the convention is sitting in the sun, eating a slimy, soggy bolognia sandwich, the chairmans office is air conditioned, has a variety of chilled beverages, 'coke, pepsi, diet coke, gatorade, dasani water bottles,' not to mention the 'danishes, sandwich triangles, cookies, cakes, muffins, fresh coffee, and for lunch, pizza, salads, pastas, and lasagna'.

Man, pretty much everything. The fact that their a marketing book company that fronts like a religion. That they use cultish religious propaganda to enslave ther members. That people's lives have seriously been ruined because of this so called religion. The main reason I left was because of how they exploit children and ruin their minds FOR LIFE!!!!! They think they can just step in and divide familes? So many reasons.

About a month ago, I wrote a post about a sister that keeps coming to my apartment giving me watchtowers. I called her an older sister. She is in her late 50's. I think I called her older because of the way that she acts. She actually acts a lot older than 50's. But your 50's is not old. And I was wrong for posting that. Please forgive me guys.

If bacon ceased to exist would the world be a poorer place?
by usualusername inthere are few things in this world as good as a bacon sarnie.. .
uun .

If bacon didnt exist I would be convienced that the world is coming to an end.
In a related story: My coworker is muslim and will cut anyone if they even talk about pork or bacon. I couldnt live without it. I'm suprised that the
faithful and discreet slave didnt ban bacon in its publication.

Why do they say: Brother is no longer JW VS Brother is disfellowshipped?
by Joliette inwhy did the watchtower stop saying that so and so is disfellowshipped?
why did they change this?
.
-
Joliette
So if you disassociation yourself you still have a chance of an elder getting on a stage and saying: He or she is no longer being one of JW's? Even if you just decided that you no longer want to be apart of it. That you didnt do anything wrong you just dont want to be a part of it. Wow.
You cant win or lose with this so called religion.
