!i had ordered it online but they only rang yesterday to say they are out of stock :( ill never get one delivered on time now!!.
i hope someone has it on pdf,not the audio one as i have to reference on my essay.. i found it online yesterday,downloaded it..then deleted it by accident..duh!cant find the link i had ..

the subject has come up in my reincarnation thread and i think its worthy of its own.. when i saw the movie "rain man", what amazed me the most about what raymond was able to do (i.e., counting the number of matches in a matchbox after a glance, or memorizing all the names and numbers in a large phone book in a matter of minutes) was that it proves that a human mind is capable of performing the functions of a computer and more.
why then, do we not a: all have these supercomputer abilities, and b., why is an autistic person lacking in other areas such as social skills?
my second son was born in 1992 with a lipoma on his tail bone which was also wrapped around his spinal cord.
Metaton, i really dont understand how video games or tv could cause autism when the symptoms of it become apparent well before the child is even at the age for watching tv or video games. maybe i am misunderstanding what you are saying..I can see how it would not help kids with autism or any kids for that matter,if used excessively.My son has become an expert at computers,only the last few months...and not at playing them its at setting them up,wiring them fixing any problems with them...he also fixes and electrical items that are broke.tellys radios etc
He is more interested in fixing and exploring these things than actually playing or watching them.

i do.. now that i am out i find it funny and very ironic that i made fun of such "absurd" beliefs.. here is a list of the top of my head that i used to believe:.
1. that 144,000 people will taken from the earth at random and appointed a immortal kings and priests in heaven.
That God was going to kill billions of people including my husband,friends and non jw family and only save jehovahs witnesses.
That a few men in brooklyn could determine my whole life and choices because they were 'inspired' by God.

My son had a speech delay also,not as significant as some but he didnt start speaking properly until age 41/2-5.
I thought he would get a diagnosis of high functioning autism because of this,but they diagnosed aspergers as he has the obssesion aspect of it,plus his educational report and high iq suggest aspergers.
some people say "hovah' "jehoovah", etc.
or they'll say instead of jehovah's witnesses, "hovies"....etc.. do you think that it's appropriate?.
It depends on how you feel about God i suppose.
And since it was the wts that added the name jehovah to the new testament,it was them that raised its signifigance to us,and since ive left them and there teachings are bullshit i dont find it offensive when people say those things.!
i received an anonymous email over at ex-jw.com that had an attached legal filing.
the first couple of pages seemed to be standard legal filings, but the rest of the pages looked like standard typed documentation (not in numbered double-spaced legal format.
) i'm not quite sure what to make of it, so wonder if anyone here has heard of it.
