JW MIL: The JWs have never changed anything with regard to their teachings!
Me: That's not true, you couldn't have blood fractions before, now you can. Did you know that blood fractions come from blood?
JW MIL: So what, it's only a little bit of blood.
Me: What! A little bit of blood?!?! Why don't I just commit a little bit of fornication!
JW MIL: (speechless)

Not so subtle message in convention drama
by dothemath inmy take on the drama this year is yet another slam against having children......... the "ideal" is still to pioneer........they're the ones put on a pedestal, both the younger and older couples.. the young mother, is forced to care for a cranky, crying child........

by smiddy ini would like to list 10 facts i have learned since coming on this site ,facts i wasn`t aware of while in the movement and facts that have set me free from a religous movement that really is not interested in facts per se.. these are not listed in order of importance , and feel free to add your own list that applys to your circumstances.
1.the wtb&ts involvement with the u.n.. 2.the wtb&ts investments/shares some of which are questionable.. 3.their real estate properties around the world, millions if not billions, of $$$, while being a not for profit organization.
4.their pretense of obeying the law on" blood" while conveniently adjusting it to minimise their legal obligations in threat of a lawsuit.

...and if the JW hadn't protested so much in support of the Org, Penn's tweet would probably have been overlooked, lol.
Spot on MidwichCuckoo, his protest will stir curiosity about this 'JW Sparlock Video' and more people might want to see it.

A JW started tweeting back to Penn that it's fake and not from the Watchtower Society.... too funny Would love to see his face when he goes to the convention and picks up the video!
This is why the Watchtower tells the JWs to stay off the internet trying to defend their faith/religion... hahaha so funny3M :)
