my daddy wants to sue the elders!!!!

i am having a tremendous amount of fun with this, not that i would let him do it, (wouldnt do any good), but i find it so very sweet of him.

the july 2002 question box : " what should we bear in mind when using cellular telephones and electronic pagers?

does the wts actually expect for us to believe that someone would ask a question beginning with "what should we bear in mind when..."?

seriously, who actually talks or writes like that?.

funnily enough, my partner now, who used to be a mini servant and very nearly an Elder..still speaks like he just stepped out of an Awake. We all find it really really funny and he takes a lot of flack over it, bless him! its the old "POtato,poTATo" thing......

I say.."copy this tape....

he says..." duplicate the tape"

theres so many I could quote its untrue but you get the point right!

Should survivors get cash settlements?

i would like to share a story with you about a childhood friend i had.

she had been sexually abused from the time she was 3 years old up to age 14.

when she became an adult she had a hard time functioning in society.

Thats a sad story and unfortunatley there is no short answer. Of course it would be ideal to say yes, she should have had a cash settlement and maybe she would have been around still today but then think of all the cases similar to this in the world..all the poeple who suffer with depression for other reasons ie being brought up a JW.....I supspect that the authorities/governments dont rush into this settlement thing because it wouldnt be long before people would be able to adapt it to every situation in life. In an ideal world, the problem of wether or not she had the funds to help with her depression was lesser than that the abuse shouldnt have happened in the first place. In these cases, I guess you'll never know. No doubt the financial worry only helped her find herself in a lower position but the basis for the depression and low self worth was already there. You will never know whether or not easing this financial burden would have saved her life or her daughters...the main thing is to remember the good times you had with her. You were obviously a good friend to her and thats worth far more to a depressive person than any amount of money.

i have decided to include you all in every step of my shock pregnancy!

after boasting about not having sickness this time and being so relieved, i woke up this morning and have felt terrible aaaaaaallllllll day.

i need some sympathy here.

Barbie - a very clean joke!

a woman needed to get her daughter a barbie doll for christmas (she was df!!!!

she walked into a department store and immediatley spotted the barbies on display.

after looking at them for ten minutes, she walked up to the shop assistant and said...... "i want to buy a barbie doll but i dont quite understand the prices, the horse riding barbie is 15, the ballerina barbie is 15, the teacher barbie is 15 but the divorced barbie is 350, can you tell me why that one is so much please?"...

drug warning.. police warn all clubbers,partygoers and unsuspecting pub regulars to be alert and stay cautious when offered a drink from any woman.a new date rape drug on the market called beer is used by many females to target unsuspecting men.

the drug is generally found in liquid form and is now available almost anywhere.. it comes in bottles,cans,from taps and in large kegs.. beer is used by female sexual predators at parties and bars to persuade their male victims to go home and have sex with them.typically,a woman needs only to persuade a guy to consume a few units of beer and then simply ask him home for no strings attached sex.men are rendered helpless against this approach.. after several beers men will often succumb to desires to perform sexual acts on women to whom they would never be normally attracted.after drinking beer men often awaken with only hazy memories of exactly what happened to them the night before,often with just a vague feeling that something occurred.. at other times these unfortunate men are swindled out of their life savings in a familiar scam known as a relationship.

it has been reported that in extreme cases,the female may even be shrewd enough to entrap the unsuspecting male into a longer term form of servitude and punishment referred to as marriage.. apperently,men are much more susceptible to this scam after beer is administered and sex offered by the predatory female.. please!
