  Thank you for the photos Own Accord! The book looks like a hardcover. I hope it is not limited, I called my jw brother and left him a message to pick up copies of the new releases for me when he goes to his convention this summer. I did not tell him what they are-I know he wants to be surprised. But I told him I especially want the publication released on Saterday & when he gets it he will know why.

  I hope he won't have a problem picking up an extra copy for me.

  If I was still an active witness the brochures on family & children would not interest me, but the new book would be a highlight to me.

  Has anyone noticed that after years of cut backs to the printing budget, they have produced the expensive new nwt and this seems to be a hardcover book. Most books other then for congregation use, are softcover.

  Plus, they released both brochures during the same talk.

  5 new convention releases- I'm sur most jws will be glad.

  Thank you for going to the trouble of sharing all of these notes & photos of the new rteleases with us OwnAcord! we are getting this info weeks before the first US convention even begins!

  i found this in paragraph 5, and am pondering making/attempting to make a comment on it that may cause someone to think.. par.

  5 states this, ""the faith" is the body of christian beliefs revealed in the bible.

  I had a Totes tan hat I used to wear. Elders, servents and a few others said I had a "Jewish Theological hat" and for months I was not allowed to pray in the cong or Aux pioneer. It was just a hat I bought at Sears!

  There was a lot of anti-semitism in the congregation.

  Thanks to you I have all this information about the talks and releases long before my jw brother goes to the convention!

  It will be very interesting getting that book-I will have to ask my brother to get me a copy when he goes.

  Was the book printed in Wallkill?

  Is the book pocket size or magazine size?

  TheOldHippie is correct. Organization books are not available to the public. Perhaps it may be announced and congregations can request copies later in the year.

  I don't think they will bother to update the Proclaimers book. The Divine Purpose book was never updated.

  My guess is a new brochure about the organization keeping watch or perhaps a new 192 page book about the kingdom?

  Is It Possible? Are They Retiring To Warwick?

  i'm not making a bold assertion here, just pursuing an idea.

  what would have to happen to prove that the watchtower is probably "packing it up", conceding the field, retiring to their new headquarters in senescent peace?.

  the dramatic changes we have observed are mostly motivated by money or legal concerns - but not all, as with cutting back on meetings.. you could reasonably have an old guard that still fanatically hopes for armageddon, any day now, while younger men keep their doubts private.
