looking for Jw infomation about the bible being changed etc?
by Aposta-Fish inin one of mike and kim's latest videos they claim that the borg wrote in the 1960's that the book of revelations wasn't even finished until a much later date.
they have also stated that apostate christians changed the bible> i've also read years ago they trashed the bible or at least the king james years ago after another one of their fail predictions and right before they made their own bible> .
i'm looking for these writings and any other that where the borg is criticizing the bible?.

Those ancient conspiritors certainly did an amazing job of finding and destroying all ancient New Testament manuscripts and fragments that had the divine name and then recopying these ancient documents and fragments and recirculating them throughout Europe and Asia so that no one would know a name that appears 7000 times in the Old Testament.
Run on sentence or what?

that thereafter the general, and, in short, the eternal resurrection and judgment of all men would likewise take place."
Yes of course. That fact is brought out clearly in verses 12 & 13. What I am saying is that the bracketed portion of verse 5 is an addition to the text that does not fit or follow the line of thought presented. And the fact is, that although it is found in the Alexandrian manuscript 450 A.D., it is not in the Syriac manuscript 100 A.D., the Sinaitic manuscript 330 A.D. or the Vatican manuscript 350 A.D.

@ Seabreeze
Excellent work. Definitely a keeper.
Perhaps someone has a WT quotation promoting this self- atonement theory.
BTW Revelation 20:5 is not found in the older manuscripts. And if you read the text without it, the passage flows perfectly.

Goodbye yhwh-Goodbye jesus
by fulltimestudent ininteresting report in a oxford university blog - the world is becoming less religious, (hurray!!!).
quote: "an analysis of religious trends from 1981 to 2007 in 49 countries containing 60% of the world’s population did not find a global resurgence of religion—most high-income countries were becoming less religious—however, it did show that in 33 of the 49 countries studied, people had become more religious (norris and inglehart, 2011).
but since 2007, things have changed with surprising speed.

As I said, it is easy to justify killing the unborn if one determines that they are not human or not babies.
So at what point in a pregnancy does the unborn become a baby... so that it should be considered murder to abort?

The choice of language is extremely revealing, you keep calling the aborted fetuses "babies" which is loaded with imagery and emotional impact that assume a conclusion, that fetal tissues are the same as babies.
It is only easy to justify killing the unborn by determining that they are not human or not babies.
At what point in your thinking does a fetus become a human being deserving of protection.

But you know what? I can live a purposeful life just fine without Hume either.
Yes and I'm sure that doctors performing abortions daily in America can say the same thing.

According to Hume, the materialist cannot jump from what is to what ought to be.
"You cannot, according to Hume, derive an “ought” from an “is,” at least without a supporting “ought” premise." So, deciding that you ought not to protect babies in the womb because it inhibits freedom of choice presupposes that causing harm to unborn babies is not wrong or immoral. This presupposition seems good enough for most people in America at present.
