Nobody witnessed the resurrection.
No but there were witnesses of his resurrection who bravely witnessed to it; a number closest to him (apostles) were martyred affirming their resurrection faith.
that's what the word says.

colossians 1:16. for by him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things have been created through him and for him..

An anonymous someone from another site writes:
“Growing up as a pioneer, sacrificing my childhood to preach 90 hours a month about the imminent end of times, I poured my heart into what I believed was a divine calling. Every door I knocked on, every hour spent in service, was driven by the promise that "this generation" would witness the culmination of God’s plan. I surrendered my youth to this belief, not because I was coerced, but because I truly thought I was saving lives. But as the years unfolded, the promise of the end kept shifting, morphing into something unrecognizable, leaving me to question the very foundation of everything I had devoted myself to.
this shifting narrative reflects the illusion of certainty that human institutions strive to create in order to maintain control and self-preservation. The redefinition of "this generation" and the constant recalibration of timelines weren’t acts of divine revelation—they were acts of survival for an organization that depended on urgency and fear to sustain its power. The organizations promises were not timeless truths but malleable constructs, designed to tether people like me to its cause. Each shift in doctrine revealed the institution’s need to adapt, not for spiritual enlightenment, but to preserve its authority over the hearts and minds of its followers.
The higher lesson here is profound: true spiritual truths are eternal and unchanging, while human institutions, bound by their egos and temporal fears, twist and reshape those truths to fit their agendas. The organization’s ever-changing narrative was not a reflection of divine will but a reminder of the impermanence of dogma and the lengths institutions will go to ensure their survival. What I had thought was a calling to save the world was, in reality, a tool to bind me—and thousands like me—to a system that fed on our faith and devotion.
And yet, amidst this disillusionment, there are lessons to be learned. Sacrificing my childhood was painful, but it taught me the importance of questioning the promises and intentions of those who claim to speak for the divine. It revealed that true spirituality cannot be contained within the walls of an organization or dictated by shifting interpretations of prophecy

a watchtower in ceremonial magical tradition is a tutelary spirit of one of the four cardinal points or quarters (east, south, west and north).
in many magical traditions, they are understood to be enochian angels... originating with the enochian tradition of john dee, a version of it was popularized by the hermetic order of the golden dawn, which became hugely influential in modern western esotericism, including wicca.
the watchtowers are invoked during the ritual of casting a magic circle.. .
Witches are definitely real as is the spirit world
This was brought to my attention as a young Christian. I was taking a speed-reading course at Sir George Williams University. During one of the lessons, as I was speed reading an article on voodoo, the Holy Spirit said to me, "Your teacher is a witch." I looked up at her; she appeared normal, looked to be in her late forties, had a British accent. Nothing abnormal at all.
I couldn't ask her directly in or out of class. But I raised my hand anyway and I told her I was speed-reading an article on voodoo and asked if voodoo had anything do do with witchcraft.
Her response was, "No it doesn't, and I should know because I am a witch!". I immediately pointed my finger at her rather accusitively and declared "I thought you were! There was a gasp as the entire class turned to look at me.
At that point, the teacher, trying to justify what she was, asked me if I thought she was a bad person. I meekly responded that the Bible says there is none good, no not one. She explained that she was a white witch and only cast good spells and asked if I thought she personally was evil. I said the Bible says that the heart is evil and wicked above all things, who can know it?"
Fortunately, she stopped questioning me further, because I had just about run out of human depravity verses.
yes, you read that correctly!.

They know what retaliation and manipulation look like in marriage.
so i went to a christmas evening candlelight service tonight and it hit me.
i was primarily doing christmas since leaving the jw for the children.
lots of people do it for family without really thinking of the relevance.
Good question Jan, because Jesus was enthroned as king subsequent to His ascension. Neither 1878, no 1914 have anything to do with Christ’s enthronement.
